The size of the suites was prefect the beds were comfortable the rooms were clean
I was unable to get rooms side-by-side Because I did a king suite with tub and a double Queen suite with a pull out . the pool was closed and I booked for a tub in the room but I ended up with a pull out instead of a tub

I would give them 10 stars if I could Everyone went above and beyond . Honestly they were a god send for myself the kids and the dog!!! I don't think I could say enough good things about this place. Thankyou Quality Suites!!

Location was good. One exit down the road had a lot of places to eat and a few miles down the opposite direction was an outlet mall with plenty to see and places to eat. Location was just off the road but very quiet. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the sausage gravy and biscuits. Adding some toppings for the eggs would have been a bonus, like cheese or salsa etc.

I misunderstood the booking.com pet policy and the staff were really understanding. This was just a quick one night stop so really helped us out.
It’s a pretty basic mid-grade hotel. Does the job for a short stop.

It was clean and staff was nice.
It was off the beaten path. There weren’t many restaurants around. The water was only like warm for a shower and the key cards kept not working.

The young lady who checked me in was very nice...very friendly. She had such a pleasant personality. She explained everything to me that I needed to know.

Quiet and comfortable!! Rhonda at the front desk was very helpful and all staff were friendly! We ended up staying two extra nights!
Any (small) issues we had were solved quickly by hotel staff.

Phone in room did not work , ice maker on my (first) floor was out of order.

The breakfast was disappointing: scrambled eggs were tasteless, no bacon or sausage, and no fruit on Friday. There were no hot chocolate packs, either. The waffles saved the meal. We ate out on Saturday.

Nice room, lobby and breakfast
The bed could have been softer The pool was closed. The issue with that is that booking.com doesn't let you know that (disappointed about that) I should have looked at the hotels site
