Staff are incredibly polite and helpful - especially Jerry! Hotel was super clean as well as the pool.

I wished there were a bit more meat options for breakfast.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to change my arrival date and the app said I had to message the hotel and it could take 24-48 hours to receive a response. I was suppose to check in within 6 hours. I called the hotel directly and the young man who answered solved my problem immediately and very politely. Audrey was also very helpful and friendly

I thought we were getting a kitchenette which usually means a stove and cooking utensils. What we got was a very small microwave and a refrigerator the size of a wine cooler.

Great location for my needs. Best aspect for me was the clean pool and the friendly staff who assisted with me extending my stay each night with great rates.

The bed wasn't the most comfy, but it wasn't horrible and it still met my expectations at this price point. Location was slightly hard to find at night (behind a FedEx/Kinko's building) and slightly confusing due to the various highways/roads all around but all OK once you get your bearings.

First of all, the lobby was very nice. Check in went smoothly. I asked for a room close to the elevator and I got it! The room was clean and inviting, temperature control was excellent. The location to the MD Anderson facilities was simply minutes away. (That is why we were there) Great restaurants nearby. Perfect night's sleep on a clean, very comfortable bed. The fridge and microwave were an unexpected bonus. The breakfast was amazing. The lady in there was friendly and helpful. The food was awesome. Something for any taste someone may have, fruit, cereal, juice, milk, eggs, waffles, and more. The hotel smelled fresh and clean everywhere I went. Some hotels have an odd odor about them. This is just something I always notice in a hotel.

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was awesome. Will always choose BW!

The front desk host (Johnny), was so welcoming, sweet and polite. He made sure to let us know what time the, breakfast buffet started and ended. And asked us how our outing went at check out. Good location in the uoutskirts of Houston near the local theater where we saw STOMP. 45 min to NASA. Relatively good breakast. Although renovated still very clean.

The receptionist did not give me a receit saying it would be done by Booking as I made the reservation through them. Still did not get 60$ deposit that was made by the hotel fot both rooms, upon arrival axtra to Booknig reservation...

Breakfast was very good. Good options in limited space. Happy with the hot food choices. The gym was a nice space as well. Not cramped and crowded like many hotels of this size. Location was very convenient, 5 minutes to downtown sugarland and no traffic in the area.

The cleanliness of the place as a whole, room was very clean and comfortable.

When time to check out, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. I had to call the corporate office and have them call the facility. I waited 35 minutes before a sleeping staff member finally came to the front desk. Unprofessional behavior.

I liked everything about the Hotel itself. It was clean, nice and quiet.

I had my dog with me and learned after I could no longer cancel the reservation that I had to pay 35.00 a night for the dog I would not stay again as I think that was a ridiculous amount.

The continental breakfast was fantastic. The check in was friendly and quick.

The shower leaked onto the floor and I couldn't figure out the source but the bathroom had large puddles after every shower and I'm not sure why.
