The hotel staff were very helpful. I really can't remember her name, but we had this one lady when we checked in who was so bubbly and lively that my wife and I couldn't help but smile all throughout our day. From the moment that we checked in to the hotel, we were at ease from driving hours away.

I feel like the pricing that I paid on the hotel could have been better. The price of the hotel when I booked it was 3X more than the price as if I booked the same day or day before. I mean we are talking nearly $100 difference here. I just wish that there was something they could have done to help me better understand why I was paying more for the same exact room everyone else got for significantly less.

I chose this hotel based on price range, location and reviews for a quick overnight while on the road traveling. I was pleasantly surprised!! Room was spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable, staff was nice. Lot's of parking and there are restaurants and a Walmart you can walk to. Appeared safe. There are several other hotels close by that looked pretty ratty and only had a few cars. A decent breakfast and a coffee maker that is available 24/7. This one had a full parking lot, so obviously others chose wisely as well. I'd defiantly stay again.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was super.

I called ahead to make sure that they had a shower chair, I was assured that they did as I am unable to put weight on my left leg. When I asked after check in they said they only had 1 and it had just broken that day....😔

Everything went well. I got this room for my son and his girlfriend for their anniversary. The room was fabulous according to them. They loved the space. Food was great. My son asked his girlfriend to be his wife there. They are engaged. I really appreciate being able to give them a beautiful weekend for their engagement. You all are amazing. Thank you so much.

The room is precisely what I'd expect at one of the Quality properties. Everything was very clean, bed was comfortable. And also a very quiet property. I got in late and wanted to go to sleep quickly. No problem! For me, the real value in this hotel was the excellent breakfast bar. Most of the time, these things can be pretty meager, poorly put together, but the staff responsible for their breakfast bar goes all out. Everything was very orderly, clean and tasted great. I know I couldn't have done any better at the Cracker Barrel next door. And it's included!

Location to the interstate

Switched to this hotel to enjoy Monday night football it was broadcast there but the TV was from the last century and was a whopping 24”! With no bracket for adjusting. So both had to crowd on one side of a king bed to view it.

The property, lobby and room were wonderfully clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

Asked for a room on the upper floor near an elevator, but possibly there were none available and we wound up on the first floor about as far away from the entrance as you could get.

The convenience of stores, restaurants, interstate.

Breakfast should been hotter like the eggs & bacon. But the waffles were great!

Clean, friendly and felt safe on the property

When I booked I added that I was traveling with a dog, there wasn’t anything on the site that stated there was an extra fee for a pet. Which I suspect there would be, but wasn’t posted on the website.

Wonderful hot breakfast and the woman working that area was very sweet and welcoming. Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Stored our two bikes in a secure place.

Bathroom door was very loud when moving and you couldn’t close it shut.
