Me and my children came down for a family wedding and this location was perfect. It was close to the wedding venue as well as the reception and near other family and friends nearby. We are familiar with the Richmond area so getting to stores and restaurants was no problem. I only wished that they served breakfast (But there is a McDonalds within walking distance so we was good) but other than that, we enjoyed our stay!!

The only thing was not having breakfast in the morning. That would have been the icing on the cake. Even if just coffee/juice, cereal, bagels, fruit, etc. Something is better than nothing.

The room itself was very up to date and a good size. The king bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean. You can definitely feel like you're at home there. The atmosphere was quiet and calming in the entire hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Experience overall was absolutely amazing despite some cleaning issues.

The sheets and rags had stains on them. The floor looked clean, but when walking around barefoot, feet would get dirty from lack of mopping. The coffeemaker had old coffee in the water and bad mold spores as if it hadn't been checked or cleaned in a while.

I paid for 4 rooms in advance, when I arrive to check in the 4 rooms at the front desk the attendant said to me that I had already checked in on one of my rooms and he was convinced that I was, and I explained to him that I just arrived from a 13 hour drive. He found the problem, the attendant before his shift gave one of my rooms to someone else. At first he offered to rent me another room and charge me again but he said that I had to pay more than I paid for the room that I already paid for, I said no I'm not paying for another room and you need to work this out with the $156 that i already paid. He made a call to his manager and explained to her that I had already paid in advance,and his manager told him to give me another room without charge.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The beds were comfortable and it has a working MW and Fridge in the room. The pool was very nice the relax from the heat. It has EV chargers in the parking lot

Too far from downtown and it houses a restaurant but it is quite pricey for what they offer. The bed linens were stretched but the beds were not correctly made after the first day The room floors were never swept during our 4 days 3 nights stay

They don’t offer a complimentary breakfast but they have a place on site to get a variety of breakfast items. I had a sandwich and my husband had pancake bites. We enjoyed both.

We had to change rooms because of an odor in the first room. So thankful they were able to give us another room but still, a little inconvenient.

Breakfast was fantastic, room size and bed size was excellent, huge Samsung TV with good channel selection. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is big and located in a great place for driving to the various tourist attractions.

Some of the other guests were very noisy in the early hours of the morning, which is nothing to do with the hotel itself. My room had a broken toilet flush (I had to lift the cistern to flush manually) and despite me reporting it to reception after my first night nothing was done to repair or move me.

I booked a return for the following week. It was supposed to be same price , but they charged me $50 more. I spoke to the girl on duty but nothing was done to correct it. Very disappointing, I will probably notify Booking if what they did. If this isn’t corrected, I probably won’t be back.

The location is right off of the highway convenient for people that are traveling. The floors in the room was not carpeted which was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was descent and hot. I also appreciate the coffee machine with variety of hot drinks available we check in late and the evening and my children wanted hot chocolate. The staff was nice and easy to talk to.

Tremendous investment in upgrading the hotel. Very clean room. Super comfortable beds, quiet climate control, spacious bathroom counter, new flooring, local artwork, large television screen, large bathroom mirror with decorative lighting, ongoing quiet bath exhaust removing humidity and odors, new room door, new upgraded hallways, and a huge varied hot breakfast that my high school soccer player grandson devoured. Friendly staff.

Was hesitant about the location, but with a new Starbucks across the street, what was there to complain about?

I didn’t get her name but Wednesday into Thursday early morning shift lady was super helpful given the fact my 3rd party booking ran into issues. She was persistent, helpful, and very courteous in getting my issues resolved at such a late night early morning check’in. She gets 5 stars in my book. Beds & pillows super comfy and room space very sufficient. Rooms A/C was super cold which is how we like and shower and water pressure was good and water hot. Those are my big pet pives. Close to highway & Richmond which was very convenient for my purpose of stay.

Rooms bathroom drywall was cracked and needed fixing and stairwells needed cleaning being we are not an elevator family. All areas where not issues with me but areas in which needed addressing as an observer I am and one who works too in the hospitality field. Property from what I observed gets a 4/5.
