This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The beds are amazing so comfortable the location is excellent a 1 minute walk from Tower Hill Underground station. There's a Wetherspoons round the corner aswell. I had the breakfast buffet in the hotel and it was amazing, highly quality ingredients i.e sausages toast butter. Pastries amazing! Everything is on offer that you would want. All the staff are fantastic especially the older Philippino Man who worked in the breakfast buffet on Monday 30th was super jolly and friendly. Can't wait to stay again. Keep up the good work. There is a really nice little park opposite the hotel and the neighbourhood central, safe and really nice. Near the Sky Garden also and right next to Tower of London. There is an ancient Roman wall right next to the hotel at the back aswell which is fascinating.

Fantastic location easy access to underground. Great room with a view of Tower of London. Very spacious room . Very good choices at breakfast especially the omelette station. Staff extremely pleasant.

Enjoyed pool and facilities but didn't think the padded cushions on reclining beds practical as very wet where people had sat on them in swimwear.

Amazing location (right next to the Tower of London and close to local amenities, public trasport), superb breakfast, jacuzzi, steam sauna. Very friendly and respectful staff (Negin, two other ladies at the check-in desk, Constantin, and the Chinese gentleman at the breakfast desk). Excellent value for money—I would recommend it to everyone for sure! It exceeded my expectations compared to other hotels with similar facilities!

The hotel was stunning, and the spa and pool area was so relaxing. Amazing location, very close to tube station, and we had the tower of London on our doorstep.

Unfortunately, there were 3 lifts, but 2 were out of action, we were on the 8th floor which meant having to wait for long periods of time. This was the only downfall to our stay.

Cheap, leathery pillows on the bed like something a cheap motel would offer. No pillow menu though apparently we could have requested feather pillows

It was our anniversary and we got looked after very well was amazing

Only thing was there wasn't enough loungers in the swimming pool needs more places for people to sit and relax

Location excellent, modern, clean amazing interior and suite was fabulous. Staff, service with a smile and attentive. Menu good, breakfast choices catered with an extremely wide variety. After a discrepancy of the room I’d booked and my concerns re the lack of information provided by the hotel about the steam and sauna areas not being available, ( the wellness spa was the only reason I’d booked here) was offered an upgrade. Appreciate their gesture.

Booked the hotel specifically for the wellness spa for a friends birthday surprise, only to be informed at check-in that the Steam and Sauna room could not be used. No mention of this on their website, very disappointing. Should clearly advertise what facilities are not available to give customers a clear understanding of what they are booking.

The location is fantastic. Just a short walk from the Tower of London and the Thames. The rooms are very spacious for London. We had the superior quad room with 2 queen sized beds. Excellent coffee and tea facilities and nice touches like The White company toiletries, vanity kits, dental kit etc. staff kindly and quickly brought up an extra dental kit for us too. Room service was super quick and the food was very good. Robes and slippers provided. Everything you could need in the room. We used the spa and health centre which was nice enough. Although I had a facial which was terrible, but they refunded me so I can’t fault the customer service. Concierge were also very helpful. Heading out to flag me a taxi down when non were at the rank. Much appreciated.

The view. The only disappointment of the trip was we were looking at the back of an office block. Will definitely request a room with a view next time we stay.

We were upgraded to a gorgeous room, with the most stunning views of London. And we had complimentary wine & chocolates in our room for our anniversary. Both were a really nice touch. The spa area was gorgeous, nice big pool, jacuzzi with steam, aromatherapy & sauna rooms too. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly & helpful. Concierge booked us a taxi with no issues. Room service bought up an ice bucket within 5 minutes of calling them & reception staff were always available. Breakfast the next morning was lovely, very good value for money. Decor throughout was nice, modern & colourful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

There was no heating working in our room, so it was very cold at times. One of the blinds was broken, which made it hard to pull up and down. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Simply the best! from the front desk to room service everyone at Leonardo made their absolute best to make our stay a fantastic experience!. We are looking forward to coming back soon!
