Location and Breakfast

It is not really soundproof

Comfortable hotel, a large, well-lit room. The only drawback were the thick pipes in the room integrated into the interior, but this was not a real inconvenience. Breakfast was excellent, included traditional options and also a porridge which is very attractive for people who are used for hearty breakfasts like we do in Ukraine :) A large TV, comfortable working table, a good bed.

The location is somewhat questionable - between two sex shops and a gambling studio. But it is like a hidden gem inside! Also I feel that with the constant blackouts that may put the lift out of order it may be hard to take the luggage up and down.

Hotel is located directly in the center of Lviv, about 3 Minutes to walk to the opera. Breakfast is included, thats awesome! The staff is outstandingly welcoming and kind, they are all pretty young which is great for young travellers. They speak a fairly good english which is pretty rare in Eastern Europe! The room is spacious enough and so is the bathroom. Bed is really comfortable and I was glad that there were enough power sockets.

A small table (or just a shelf etc.) in the bathroom would be great, the surface of the washbasin was not big enough for my amenities. Sadly the water pressure of the shower and the water tap was very low, I don‘t know if it is standard in Ukraine but it just took a bit longer for everything.

The room was modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a "superior" room, but I'm not sure what it is that makes it superior. Breakfast was mediocre. The entrance to the hotel is in between two sex shops. Not really a problem, but it might be good to know. Some noise from the street, but the curfew means that it doesn't stay for long.

I had such a wonderful stay at Jam Hotel. The Staff is extremely nice and helped me a lot. Thank you girls 😀 the Hotel is located right in the city center near the Opera with a lot of Shops,Bars and Restaurants around.

There is no.bin in the room. Maybe you could change that

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the waitress at swedish breakfast, who allowed me to take some snacks for my children who I had to meet early in the morning on the border. Shirle was very friendly and brought a food packing as well. The breakfast is tasty and offers quite diverse choice. The room is clean and big, plus they offer a secure parking (for fee).

Great hotel in the heart of Lviv. You can easily access the center of the city, all the restaurants, museums, galleries, etc. The host gives you the most they can for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. The complimentary breakfast is a pleasant PLUS.

Really great location and staff, the room was clean, comfortable and warm, the breakfast was good.

Soundproofing could be better, it wasn't a problem for me as I stayed only for one night, but this may be a problem for longer stays.

The room was clean and had everything. The bathroom was large enough. There was shampoo. And shower gel. The location was excellent, and the restaurant promoted by the hotel divine.

This time there was a huge vertical pipe in the bathroom, hard to get to the shower. And why do they provide carbonated water instead of still one?!
