We came for a relaxing, quiet weekend to chill and enjoy, and we had it in spades. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff has been very attentive and courteous at all times, from the restaurant team to the lifeguards and receptionists. The studio room was nice and clean, the bed on the hard-ish side which we loved. All amenities are new and working. Wi-Fi was very performing. Food wise, I don't understand the criticism from some reviewers - the restaurant is spotless and has a good selection both for breakfast and a-la-carte dining. The Legacy Cafe is nice and cozy. Don't get scared by the prices because what you get is totally worth the money. But the best part of it all is the level of attention by the whole resort staff. Honestly we've hardly ever been spoiled this much even in the most expensive/luxurious locations we've been in the past. You don't even have to walk if you want to: golf carts are ever ready to take you on everywhere! Everybody is always on the outlook for your wellbeing and we didn't even have to raise our hand most times to get attention. If you want to chill and be pampered for a break, this is the place for you. Things to keep in mind: The hotel is nested among rocky hills - it's not really on top of mountains like Jebel Hafeet so no need to overdress. The pool is clean and wide enough to accommodate many families but it is not chilled, so take that into account. We were perfectly happy with the temperature. It is a family-friendly resort so expect a good amount of children roaming around. If you don't like them, no worries, all doors are double-glazed and no outside noises come through. It is also non-licensed, but if you want a drink, there's plenty of other places at short drive reach that can fulfil your needs, including 3 cellars if you want beverages to go.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

We have found this hotel maybe 3 months ago, and we have visited it more than 3 times. It's very peacefull and quite place between mountains. With gorgeous view on the sea. Here you have everything you need for family weekends - kids area, pool, tennis and paddle courts, hiking trials. Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast and dining are very good. So if you want tot take a rest from noisy and active lifestyle - it's place for you. At night nature around is also very good. Also you can visit shisha lounge on top of mountain at evening with very nice view if you want. This hotel looks much more better that it seems on photos, trust me

-Fabulous place if you are looking for peace and nature away from city noise. Perfect place for family, there is a place for BBQ facility just in front of your room on the terrace. - Alcohol is not allowed there which is appropriated. - Many activities make the family enjoy their stay like the swimming pool , Zip line and much more. - Shisha coffee shop at the top of the mountain makes your day unforgettable. - highly recommended specially for the delicious food in Al Baha restaurant we had enjoyed our breakfast and dinner special thanks to the Chef and all restaurant team. - special thanks for Mr Raj in the reception for his warm welcoming and his special care. Over all i give 5 stars for this resort and will shall repeat our stay again for sure.

It has a lot of activities for families, paddle tennis, rock climbing. The rooms are minimalistic and well Kept. Staff are really nice. Especially the F&B manager and the support staff ( A Syrian guy, apologies forgot his name) for checking the luggage.

I encountered an issue at check-in with a staff member named Sudheesh. He charged an extra amount for a 17-year-old, insisting it was my fault for not listing them as an adult (although booking.com has an option entering the age and I wasn’t aware the pricing had any difference). While I didn’t mind making the payment, the way he communicated this was demeaning, unhelpful and frustrating. Although I resolved the issue with the help of the F&B manager and Booking.com support, it affected my check-in experience. Clearer and more courteous communication would have made a big difference.

Google Map location is confusing. There are two locations “Dibba Mountain Park” and “Dibba Mountain Park Resort”. Restaurant Food is over priced.

I like that it is a different concept than all the other resorts around. Staying in the mountains, but still accessible and convenient. The view is great from the resort. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

I do not like the finishes of the facade and the style combination of supporting buildings, as well as clashes of light colors across the settlement. This is feedback for architects and construction professionals - you will not like the place due to the poor detail of stone work as well as clashing architchitecual elements. But if you are there for a different experience, definitely go for it!

Great location, facilities, new property , friendly staff. The pool is great and there's amazing music playing there. You can barbecue behind your room too . The security is great and you feel super safe.Theres an adventure area right outside with Mini zip gliding, climbing wall and a small obstacle course. Good for young kids and upto young adults.

Would have liked to have Dental kits in the room. There were bathrobes, sewing kits, iron, hair dryer but somehow the dental kit was missing. also there isn't any place to hang towels and there's only 2 hangers in the wardrobe. Makes it slightly inconvenient.

The property is secluded and perfect place and time to relax and reflect and to get away from the chaos of city life. The rooms are clean comfortable and the facilities are so great. The staffs (from reception, lifeguard, restaurant, service boy, chef and all) are commendable, well trained, respectful and polite - (Haider, zankar, zankaka, mark, zi thu, linn, airene, abdul and all)

It is more of recommendation to add more signage and direction in the roads to reach the property.

Excellent experience overall. Indoor pool, room service and the ease of check-in/check-out were the highlights. The facilities and the general cleanliness of the place made sure that we had a calm experience.

In summer, cold water should be provided. At this price point, it doesn't make sense for the showers to be hot to the point of no-use, especially in rooms with indoor pool. No kitchen, or a stove: a small kitchenette would be good to have, especially for people traveling with elder people.
