I really enjoy the location of the hotel and some of the staff here are excellent. Mr. Hasan from the Apna Punjab restaurant is fantastic with his courtesy. Ms. Tharukha from reception has given me a great room twice and always helps me with a quick check-in process.r

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, mall, local restaurants, and a supermarket. The room was clean and well-maintained overall. The reception staff were welcoming, especially Receptionist Eli, who was helpful, polite, and provided excellent hospitality service. Thank you once again for the amazing customer service! The staff were very cooperative and the ladies at the reception were very helpful in providing everything I required. Right from Check-in till Check-out. The only problem I faced was there was no authentic Indian Veg Restaurant nearby. I had to take a taxi to go to the Veg Restaurant. Another thing was we Indians are used to Indian (Hindi and English) TV Channels which was not available on the TV in the room. Otherwise, I had a very good stay. It is recommended for a single or a couple for a few days stay at Aavri. The only caution is one must be careful about the Night Clubs that are inside the Hotel.

There are two Night Clubs that are inside the Hotel and many may not like it.

I chose Aavri Hotel once again due to my previous excellent experience, and I am pleased to say they have exceeded my expectations once more. I liked how the staff was super nice and very helpful. Special shout-out goes to Ms. Eli at the reception who made sure my stay was as pleasant as possible and to Ms. Hannah, who was exceptional in providing great help regarding my booking.

Im stay with my wife arround 4 days it's wonderful memories for us . Because of our memories in giving this rating.sure we will come again sure

Maintenance and all i dont like here many issues is there mainly that lock issue how many times we are struggling because of that next month we are coming again pls make sure everything will be good

When i arrived at the hotel, it was full but manager Imdaad, vicky,and tharuka help us to give free upgrades to the suite room. Which makes my family happy. We enjoyed our stay with the AAVRI hotel and will come back soon. Food is delicious 😋. We use the pool, with a nice view.

There was a problem on the room light

The atmosphere and the sheets are nice and clean bed also.

I don’t like the way they treat us, specially the reception they make my check in hurry, and when we get in the 2nd floor which is our room is there. They don’t inform that the room is still on cleaning. And we wait outside the hall for like 20minutes until it’s done.
