This is my third time to stay in Al Sarab. The staff has outstanding customer service skills. I would mention in this respect Mr. Sayed, the Manager, who has exceptional customer service. I would mention Nicole, in the reception, who is very helpful and prompt and Dinesh, in the room service, who is very professional. The professionalism of the staff and customer service level made me a returning customer to the hotel.

Sometimes, some noise is coming from the night clubs downstairs. However, it depends on the room place. some rooms are better than others in this respect.

I liked the fact the room was spacious and had a very good view ! It was close to the metro which I liked very much and made my movement fast easy and stress free ! Aldi just a hyper market just by the corner which was great the hotel helped me weigh my bag before I left for the airport !! The cleaners where so warm and friendly in all I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again

This is a beautiful property in a great and convenient location. An impressive and very pleasant memory - when leaving the hotel, I forgot important personal things in the room - the attentive staff saw it in time and immediately called me - I managed to return and pick it up. Therefore, I sincerely recommend this hotel, which has a wonderful and attentive staff!

The hotel is organizing parties every night. Plus there can be seen some escort girls which is not pleasant especially if you are coming with kids/family. Even being on 7th floor you could hear the music from the ground area. I got a call at 2 am from someone offering me thai massage. I had to switch off the hotel phone during the nights.

I like specially all staff Receptionists and manager very helpful and welcoming very nicely with respect that's make me exited to stay again and again only in Al Sarab and the parking provided by hotel it's very good step and helpful...thanks Al Sarab with to much respect

Everything is 100% perfect there is nothing for dislike

The location is close to Al Rigga metro station with just few mins walk. Even though there are the night clubs at the ground floor, I was not disturbed by the noise as my room is on the 7th floor. Facilities in the room are nice.

The carpet is quite dirty, but the house keeper did an excellent job. My room was cleaned well every day.

Overall, I had a great experience at Al Sarab hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely recommend Al Sarab Hotel.

The location is good, metro station is not far around 10 min by walking, many markets and restaurants are around (fast food and local), Al Guirar mall is near by 10- 12 min bt walking. room all the time was clean, room service also was good,

In the night time is quite noice as at the same building 2 night club are there.

the room is nicely done, modern and comportable with the minimal cost of daily rate..

the interior is modern and the toilet is nicely done and spacious. though the room is not big but good enough for solor traveller..
