Hotel is lovely, lobby is beautiful, The room and swimming pool was amazing, also the food in the hotel restaurant for dinner (menu) was very yummy! There was shuttle bus to the beach, but be honest it was too late! 11am and you get to the beach by 11:45 due to traffic and you have to go back 16:30...it's not enough. Everybody prefer to go around 10 am and stay longer at the beach...cause after its a bit colder. Thank you Omar for driving us to the beach every day. The housekeepers cleaning late afternoon so I had to ask to clean while we are away.... Not many people used swimming pool which was big plus for us!!! Loved it. Overall the stay was great, tube is only 7 min walk which is great. We did not buy breakfast as it was quite expensive. However I would come back to the same place:))

Everything was fine. The people at the reception were very nice and helped us with an early checkin, so we greatly appreciated their efforts. Breakfast was ok, the room was ok, everyone was helpful and smiling. The location is close to the metro, so we arrived quite quickly at Dubai Expo for Untold Dubai. If we go again next year, we will stay here again for sure.

We had to ask for robes and slippers, because initially we couldn't find them in the room. The walls are very thin and you can hear absolutely everything from the neighbors and from the hallways, especially when it is being cleaned it is quite unpleasant... There are very few seats at the pool, so you are lucky to get a beach chiar - we were not so lucky, so we visited other pools in Dubai to get over the trouble. If you're only staying overnight and for sleep only, it's acceptable.

Hotel is newly built and looks fresh. Spacious room and convenient shower. Twice per day hotel offers round-trip transfer. (Very friendly driver).

Road renovation next to hotel. (Temporary issue) Light smells of cigarettes in the room. Delayed communication from the hotel side, replayed to my message on Booking.com after I have checked-in already. Refuse to prepare BD complimentary surprise from the hotel! Really unexpected from Marriott chain. Manager have replied to me “Please be advised we didn’t provide any complimentary present or gift in our hotel.”

The hotel vibes were super nice. Staff was friendly, and overall the atmosphere was nice.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city but it is super close the metro station was a good compensation. Towels were not changed regularly I had to ask for it to be changed.

Staff were excellent with high standards of customer services, specially Hossam and Ruth at the reception and Mohamed who helped me with luggages. Also, house keeping staff were very helpful and decent without exception Property clean fresh and nice to stay in.

The restaurant prices were extremely expensive and unreasonable, if prices were reasonable I would happily ate there but I had to go out for eating. The swimming pool was not heated enough , that took away much of the pleasure that we anticipated.

Everything was good. The staff was exceptionally attentive. Especially Ruth and Nikita at the frontdesk

There were no charging stations in the room or in the lobby. We live in a world where everyone depends on technology, cellphones, tablets and laptops. It is important to have charging stations in the rooms or at least in the lobby. You can easily replace a table lamp without a charging receptacle and replace the lamp with one that has a charging receptacle. In the lobby you can have one main recharging station with multiple ports or set near the guest computer station. It is a very easy fix. I advise this to your front desk people.

The rooms are large, well lit and pleasant. I felt very comfortable. The fitness center in the hotel is probably unique, large and well equipped.

When I left the room, I called housekeeping to clean the room. I then went out to eat and came back after more than an hour. It wasn't cleaned. Not every guest is in a hotel for holiday purpose, especially if the hotel is a kind of business hotel. The restaurant is not special. It's good that there is a restaurant but the frozen pepperoni pizza for almost $20 that has more peppers than pepperoni is rather pathetic.

The room had big windows and lots of light. Also, the windows were clean. It had a good view of the city and wasn't just obstructed by a building. I loved the comfy bed and the long, soft pillows. The decor was clean and simple. I liked the pool. It was small and well placed, surrounded by trees on the first floor. Breakfast was well priced and delicious. Best cappuccino I had in a while. The staff are SO friendly and helpful. There was nothing I asked for and didn't get. Thank you to Miguel and Renjith in particular.

Some parts of the wall needed paint. There's construction happening around the pool at the moment.

Ruth and Hassen at reception were amazing.They both ensured our stay at the hotel was comfortable.We were greatful for our early check in after a long flight.Their professionalism and knowledge was just incredible.They both are assets to the industry.Hats off to you guys.
