The staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the comforts I needed. The location was also perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful. It truly made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Everything is fine but they are not providing any sanitary napkins … in case of emergency we should have to find other options or to buy a napkins…. If a solo woman is staying there if she needs a napkin with an emergency she have to go outside or buy online… so try to include 1 or 2 napkin on the washrooms…

It's a modern hotel perfect for relaxation, offering a peaceful escape far from any noise. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help, especially the front office team. A special thanks to Anish and Stanley for their collaboration. Whenever I call or walk in, they always do their best to assist. Keep it up, guys! I really appreciate that even when fully booked, they still try to make the customer feel valued instead of just saying 'we're fully booked.' They prefer to say, 'we're fully booked, however, let me check if I can do something for you.' Even if they know there's no available room, it helps the guest feel good that they at least tried. Also, there's an Egyptian gentleman in the restaurant (my apologies, I forgot his name) who always greets you with a smile in the morning. For such early hours, not everyone can manage that, but he does it effortlessly. Keep it up! A morning smile is something everyone loves to see.

- Pool closes when the life guard takes his break in peak sunshine hours. Never heard of a hotel not letting you stay at the pool alone as an adult. Maybe it’s a UAE thing. It’s only for 30 min not end of the world, just annoying.

The hotel is good value for money and we enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and modern and we enjoyed the breakfast which has a better selection compared to other similar priced hotels.. There is a very good beauty salon in reception which I found very handy. We have stayed twice before (as it is close to where my family lives in Dubai) and I will likely stay again. The location is actually quite good for a holiday since you need to taxi to most places in Dubai no matter where you stay.

It is very loud with construction just outside the window. There are only plugs on one side of the bed which I found annoying for a relatively new hotel. A smart TV would have been nice as there were no channels in English (other hotels we stayed in at this price point had this).

I had a very good staying experience with the hotel. The room size was awesome. The hotel is very much clean. The lobby is very nice and the staff were something else. New hotel, comfy rooms and very nice stuff. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options available even a saw some bed reviews regarding the breaskfast. I can confirm you have everyting you want, from live cooking omlets to sweets and fruits. The rooms are big, clean, the bathroom very nice as well. Good facilities for the money value even the hotel is far from downtown, 30 min taxi. I allready make another reservation here. See you soon
