Amazing location and staff and great facilities. When I was booking this hotel I was bit hesitant but this hotel exceeded my expectations, very good value for money .. and perfect location , The staff were amazing on every department , They never say no for anything and always find a workaround .. Amir from reception is a great guy, he received us very well and helped us on every day to day requests. Arjun and Abhishek, Amin(beverages) from Anise restaurant were great with my family and their ever welcoming smile put us at ease while dining . Thank you Continental for great memorable stay . We will not hesitate to come back and stay again ..

Our stay at InterContinental Dubai Festival City was exceptional, and I have nothing but praise for the property and the staff. The team, especially those who handled our calls, were incredibly efficient, responsive, and always helpful. Their attentiveness made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We were delighted to receive a complimentary breakfast, which was a wonderful touch. On our last day, we requested an extension and were prepared to move to a different unit. However, the staff went above and beyond, allowing us to stay in the same suite. This act of generosity and thoughtful behavior truly reflects the hotel’s outstanding commitment to guest satisfaction. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

What I didn’t like about this property? That there were no mistakes to dislike! Everything was flawless, and the exceptional service left nothing to be desired.

Everything was really great. The room is very large and useful, looking good, bed is great. The food was great as well (half-board). The staff in all hotel parts os very friendly and helpful.

All of those are really not a big deal, but since you asked... 1. Toilet paper - thin, not a great quality, the holder is lockated not comfortably. 2. Gym equipment - some of is broken, would recommend to use professional's advice on the variety. 3. Not enough shelves in the closet. 4. Pillows - some preffer the memory-foam kind which are thicker and harder, the feather ones are thin, maybe both kinds should be offered, not just the thin ones.

Outstanding service which began with a warm and easy checkin. Throughout our entire stay each and every staff member was truly exceptional and genuinely happy to help. The room was excellent, comfortable, well appointed, quiet and very clean. Food quality was very good. The gym was excellent. A very good shopping mall with multiple restaurants within a two minute walk. The hotel is very close to the airport, has beautiful views of the city, and allows for easy access via road to the major attractions. Free parking is a great facility.

The pool is small and the deckchairs were occupied by towels of people who were not actually present which limited their availability. Due to location outside the main city a car would be helpful although obviously taxis are very available.

Location and facilities

Privacy, the guest before me in the room forgot an item, so the security let him in my room without asking my permission, only told after he left, that's invading privacy without a permission and it's not even an emergency, only be the guy made a problem with the security so to calm him down they invaded my privacy

This hotel is a real five stars hotel ! Everyone makes sure that you get an excellent stay from the receptionist and all the staff . Really best hotel I have stayed in a while!

. If you need a shuttle from the airport make sure you communicate clearly with the hotel thru email . They will respond to you. We had a little miscommunication about the shuttle but they took care of us and upgraded our room . And anyway the hotel is like so close to the airport , just Uber or take a taxi not expensive .

The lobby and hall ways smell of cigarette smoke. As a non smoker with a child this was very off putting
