The location of the hotel is perfect. 2 minute walk from Union Station for the red and green metro lines and the Al Ghurair shopping mall, which has a large Carrefore, numerous restaurants and a very good food court. We had an Executive Room and this was large with a very comfortable king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space, free safe and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom had a walk in rainfall shower, plenty of hot water and very good pressure. The rooms were clean and comfortable with housekeeping every day. All in all a wonderful stay.

The variety of breakfast could have been slightly better, but a very minor thing

The personel is amazing! We just booked for an overnight stay as we were in transit between flights, with the breakfast included in the price. We realized eventually that we wouldn't have time for the breakfast, as we had a morning international flight, but the evening shift receptionist arranged so that we would pick up the breakfast "to go" the following morning and we dont skip it (sandwich, omelette and coffee!!)...all this at 6.30am, long before the hotel's breakfast time! A big thanks to the cooks and the rest of the personel as well!!! The rooms are big and clean; good value for money. It's a 10 for the people of the hotel and a good 9 for the level of the hotel.

Despite some bad reviews, I have a lot of good things to say about the hotel. The staff were super kind and helpful. The location was perfect, the room was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Yes, the cleanliness wasn’t the best, dust on surfaces and floor, bedsheets and towels stained. But overall I would stay again. I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo traveler.

The room could be cleaner.

The hotel was very clean and the room is spacious (i reserved a double room). the staff are very helpful and kind. the location is great, it is found next to Union Metro Station (5-7 minutes walk), so travelling to other areas is very easy. Also it is situated very near to a bus stop, Mc Donald is nearby and also we got very cheap shops for shopping (10 minutes walk)

the breakfast was too much indian. The toaster was not working. Atleast we could have a basic minimum of toast, butter and cheese. But there was neither butter nor cheese. Also when i booked my room, it said it would have a balcony but i didnt get a room with a balcony.

I like the room and the bed and pillow is very soft and smells good.

I don't like the t.v remote is not working no battery and no available glass for water.

Good for the money paid, front staff was chill, and the cleaners always ready to clean or service you, when you meet them on the floor they ask if need cleaning or something else, all very serviceminded. It's located in a very vibrant neighbourhood. It's a immigrant area, so there is alot different food variations, shops and markets. Metro Union Station that is connected to red and green line, are only few meters away and takes you around the city. The room could use a little makeover but it was not bad. My rating is based upon value, for the price i can not complain it was pretty comfortable. Would i come again? Absolutely!

A little note for the staff, please do consider not to spray so much of that air freshener spray, at times it really was too much. The scent just was to strong in the air. Especially on the room floor. Thank you!

As an almost regular customer I liked the package that includes breakfast so no need to Hussle yourself thinking what to eat buffet offers a variety of food and beverages, staffs were very helpful in terms of checking in and checking out with a smile on their faces working as a professional as always 🫡. Keep it up.

Not that I don't like it. Getting trouble while booking as lately the option for pre-payment has been removed. So as always my card has been declined as I need to pay by cash upon arrival. Luckily I have this amazing staff who are always offering back up solutions with my problems 😘 . But I hope that the pre-payment option upon booking will be always available that will be good 😊.

The location is convenient close to the metro station, which is fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the friendly reception staff who kindly kept our luggage safe after we checked out.

The neighborhood can be somewhat noisy, with music playing even past 11 PM. Additionally, I encoutered a cockroach in the bathroom, and the toilet didn't apear to be thoroughly cleaned.

The location is perfect , metro station / bus station / restaurants / café / big mall / groceries / pharmacy / money exchange / mosque / garden all are very close to the hotel . The staff are very friendly and welcoming . The internet connection is good . The breakfast is excellent . Bed mattress is in a very good condition , pillows & blankets are clean . Good money value .

There are some little kockroachs in the room sometimes .

The staff during our check-in just forgot his name was very nice and accommodating, and also the Guard was very helpful, and always smiling. Thanks for upgrading my room also.

The staff when we are checking out, was not so helpful I ask if we can leave for a while our luggage since we want to eat first outside, he just tell us to put our things on the other side, but thankful to the guard who volunteer to keep our luggage in the stock room for more safer....Kudos to Mr. Guardman
