First i would like to thank you for every things We like the apartment especially its near to Dubai mall only 2 min walking we choose the penthouse its so big and clean its suitable for 8 to 10 person the apartment have 2 entrance door which was so good one for the guests and one for kitchen and service the staff from resection to home service are helpful and welcoming of course i ll choose this apartment next visit to dubai

Excellent customer service! Sandra and Khin along with the rest of the staff made my stay so comfortable, they remembered i liked cold water and would serve it to me daily for breakfast. The staff were really helpful. There were great buffet and menu options for breakfast, a really nice pool + bar, there was also a complimentary chocolate hour daily. The room was big with a view of Burj Khalifa and I had all the possible amenities in the room.

As this was a bit of a staycation and i just wanted to lie in bed and watch shows it was a bit annoying when the lights would go off due to sensors every 15 mins or so. It's sustainable but i wish we could somehow regulate it (i did request reception but the issue didn't get resolved).

The location of the hotel, the staff and the breakfast were great. The rooms are spacious and new. The staff, especially the waiters in the restaurant at breakfast were very helpful.

The one-bedroom apartment was sold to us for a family of four, but a maximum of three people can live in it, including one child under 10 years old. Since the sofa does not fold out, an extra bed can only be supplied upon request. The set of linen and towels was also designed for two. The issue was quickly resolved and thanks to the courtesy of the staff, everything was fine. But I do not recommend staying in a one-bedroom apartment for a family of more than three people.

I stay there for a long time now and the personal is always friendly and useful. The bedrooms are large, clean and well taught. Pool is calm and clean. Pool furnitures have been refreshed (fabric) over the years. Gym is quite well equipped but can be quite busy. Streaming doesn't work well on chromecast devices but it works ok on computers but there is no LAN connection directly in the room. VPN for work is working as well as is quite stable. Only one Foreign plug in the room, bring your adapters. There are multiple 24/7 market around it and kitchen facilities are well equipped (big fridge, oven, ...). Only thing missing is cutlery so bring a cutlery travel kit.

I would prefer not to be disturb by calls from the cleaning service when I put the not disturb sign even multiple days in a row especially because i'm working. Having a cable connection will be perfect.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, superb cleanliness, outstanding service, and delightful breakfast.

While I understand that the hotel does not provide a shuttle service, I would have appreciated more guidance on airport transportation options. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide information about the availability of taxis at the airport and reassure guests about the safety of the area. Knowing that it is easy and secure to find a taxi upon arrival would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Location and Apartment Style which allowed for more space.The apartment was spacious and well equipped and very clean and there was a swimming pool and dining area which was great for young children. We were so close to the Dubai Mall which has a lot of attractions and dining options and this helps when you are with young kids. The staff were all super friendly and attentive and we couldn't have asked for more. Proximity to Dubai Mall was excellent and a saved us a lot of time.

The view wasn't so good but it was downtown.Location to Dubai Mall was more important for us. It was a bit far from the nearest Metro Station as you had to walk through the Dubai Mall but then again everything is much more accessible by taxi or car in Dubai so we ended up not using the Metro that much.

Staff are polite and are ready to assist. Stand outs were Abdallah. I would like to thank the reception member Ourdia who gave us an upgrade and truly made our stay memorable by giving us a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa. It was truly spectacular. Gym, sauna and pool were great. Coffee machine was a bonus. Glass bottled water was nice. Room service people were prompt with answering your calls. Tourist information desk with some great deals were handy. Walking distance to Dubai Mall. Loved my 7 night stay. Thank you.

I stayed for 2 nights at Movenpick Apartments. The service is great, Ayman and Grace at the front desk were very helpful, Morris and Nicholsan at the concierge were awesome. So were Rabin at concierge and Madhu on the phone at customer service, exceptional. The service is great. And location is good too, one can go to the China town area of dubai mall via address fountain views hotel. The kitchen and washing machine are good to have.

The only issue is that there are no blackout curtains in the lounge. So with an extra bed the light comes in early in the morning. And also that they don’t have sofa bed. And kitchen should have washing materials.

Special shoutout to the receptionist ( could not get her name) for providing a complementary room upgrade with Burj View making the perfect Bday getaway trip. Special shoutout to Ahmed and Hashini from the housekeeping team for doing a great job.

Room and cleaning services were excellent. Convienent location, easy access to all places and near a local masjid.

Nothing major. There was some misunderstanding that was clarified from both sides. For the dinner package I recommend they drop the set menu and amend to the granger style restaurant offering, menus and standards. The breakfast improved with feedback and I'm sure the dinner offering will get better as they are very cooperative and eager to improve. Recommend removing the music in the lift and restaurant.
