This is my third visit to the property, and I can't see any difference from my first visit. It is the same excellent service and quality and value of money.. Staff are great, kind, and helpful,especially Parasad and Bassen from the front office, and Mohamed, the restaurant chef, they are all accommodating and helpful. Rooms are specious and clean ...Hotel location is also great with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around.

The staff is awesome, Mr kamal in reception, and Mr Khalid in restaurant section were super nice and helpful, you feel pampered in that place , they are super clean and generous, very fast service if you ask about something you will get i quickly , the room is spacious, hot water always in shower, kitchen with alll what u need

The only thing that i didn’t like is the view, i always like open views, but the room that i got was with a small closed window

We really enjoyed our stay at Sitara. From the first moment we stepped in we felt at home. All the staff are professional and friendly at the same time. Kindness and availability from all the guys at the reception, restaurant and pool area. The cleaning staff did a great job, the room was always cleaned perfectly. The apartment is spacious and there's everything you need. We spent almost three weeks and we never lacked for anything. A special thanks to the owner Gabriella always available, kind and professional with all the customers. Her constant presence makes all this possible. We'll definitely come back.

Service and the staff are extraordinary. Everywhere from bellboy to reception from breakfast to pool. Everyone is smiling and very friendly. The rooms are very clean and well maintained

The entrance and the area. The current 9.1 rating in booking is deceiving. Don't get me wrong. It is clean, well maintained and the rooms are very good. The breakfast area is small and not too many choices, but the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The parking entrance is from the door behind the building, narrow entrance but always room to park.

I don't leave to many reviews but this place is definitely my favorite place to stay. I stayed in many 5 star hotels that didn't have this kind of service. No one told me to leave a review, this is honest review. Pay for breakfast ahead you will be happy that you did since Dubai is expensive to visit and also breakfast in this hotel is the best. This is a buffet style and no this is not cheap hotel breakfast. 5 star for everything......I had to rent out the car because of kids but otherwise if no kids....pay for taxi, there is a lot of them all over the place. Room cleaning done every day of my stay.....listen I can go and keep writing so many good things about this place. Also very safe aroiund there , mostly people from India I believe but everyone was super nice in hotel and out of hotel. There is always someone going to be there to complain about something. I'm telling you if you read this review stop and book it you won't be sorry. I only rented out king studio and it was so spacious for us.

Staff was exceeding all expectations, always super friendly, practically no waiting time to resolve any issue or request. Location is good, close to the airport and major sites. Dubai Frame is nextdoors. Not the most fancy part of town, but shops, restaurants, pharmacies within a few steps from the hotel. Would only recommend for guests who come by car, as metro stations are pretty far away. Our room was nice and well eqipped, clean. Breakfast is super, warm buffet with local warm food, diferent dishes, every singe day (we stood 8 nights). Plus, the cook prepares omlette meals on individual request. The building is new, not too many rooms, only 4 stories. So there is enough attention to every guest.

Unfortunately, our room 310 had no street view, the window could not be opened. On request we could open it, but the air was not nice, the window faced the next building. Apart from that everything was perfect with the room and the service as well.

Great Hotel Closer to the city center and other attractions. Nature and the treatment of the hotel staff was great and professional. I must say brilliant management. Upon arriving, they have welcome me and family with the welcome drink. Breakfast was open buffet and variety of items. Pool was very clean with easy access. Internet was great. Overall great experience!!

Strong chai (i.e. karak chai) was missing. More Indian / Pakistani items to be included in the breakfast

Excellent hotel- the room was surprisingly very spacious, clean and reasonably priced compared to other places. Great hospitality and very friendly staff. The room had all the amenities we needed. Our stay was very comfortable. For those interested, there’s a gym and pool on the fourth floor. The location is great too as it is close to a few restaurants and supermarkets. Also is about 8mins car ride from Downtown Dubai. There are always taxis parked outside the hotel so you’ll never struggle to find a taxi.

Two minor things: 1. Breakfast was included in my room selection. Although the breakfast was generally good; we thought it was lacking in variety. Furthermore, the baked goods e.g. bread was stale and dry. Would’ve loved more fresh bread. 2. We weren’t able to control the temperature of the AC inside the room. We could only control the fan speed. Although most times this was fine, at other times the room felt either too cold or too hot. Otherwise, my stay was excellent and would definitely book another stay here again.

Almost everything was good. The environment, location, amenities, staff, and the room were all good. The quality of all items was good too. There was a small kitchen with an electric stove and oven, washing machine, fridge and water heater. The bathroom was clean and dis not have a tub, but all the rest were good. Along with bed, there were two sofas, a dining table for 2, and iron with irontable. All the staff was cooperative, especially the lady guard on the backside.

Breakfast had few options only, but it was clean, and they changed the menu every day. The entrance was on a side. The lobby was small.

Very good equipped hotel room includes even washing machine. Sheets and towels had been changed every day. Very helpful service team and reception guys.

You have to know that it is not a hotel with green grass in the front, lion sculptures at entrance door and so on. So the entrance from a short pavement going out on a big parking could be surprised. Personally for me it was not a big deal. Taxis were available almost a few steps away.
