How friendly the staff were. Also the fact classes were included in our stay meant we pushed ourselves to do as many as possible. Amazing location and the perfect wellness focused staycation. We honestly had the best girls trip and loved the massage chairs and “zen room”

Booked last minute for 5 days and did not regret it. The hotel is about a year old now and they are certainly getting everything spot on. SIRO benefits from the One&Only level of service and feel, while being less expensive and fancy pants. The gym, spa and wellness focus is an obvious highlight but the rooms are next level comfortable and relaxing. The attention to detail is impressive. Breakfast for SIRO guests is very impressive and room service food options healthy and reasonably priced. The staff are all friendly and attentive. Shout out to Michael the GM who always said hi at breakfast and asked for feedback. Also Siddiqui in the gym, top man.

We could hear a bit of building works going on at the changing rooms but they immediately offered to move our room. So this is in fact a compliment to the team.

Fabulous hotel for people who value health and wellness. Less well suited to those who prefer a more traditional hotel experience though as the Siro really is geared towards the 'sauna/ice-bath' crowd'. Exceptional staff, great fitness and wellness facilities, the best bed and view. Only place I will stay in in Dubai from now on. In the afternoon a staff member brought a shaker, large bottle of still water and a packet of protein powder to be able to make an afternoon shake, along with a bowl of dried fruit. There are recovery pods in the wellness space, free access to exceptional fitness facilities and group classes, a stunning yoga studio and reformer space etc. If you take wellness seriously this is the place for you.

Better breakfast selection - very small breakfast menu, although the staff are very accommodating and happy to whip custom items up. Everything is healthy and well curated, just limited in choice.

- confusing elevator - shared facility with another hotel, which limited us to use the swimming pool only until 10 AM (however nobody asked us to leave) - without the fitness class, it would be overpriced and annoying with confusing facilities

Everything was amazing here, the staff were so lovely and we became best friends with them over the course of a one night stay. The gym amenities are incredible, with everything available to whoever loves a good workout whether it’s boxing, functional, pilates, yoga, or body building, you’re good to go. All the food at the hotel is healthy and there is a great smoothie bar near the reception. The entire hotel is clean Mac and the room service is impeccable. The amenities included in the room were astounding - we could have travelled here with close to nothing other than clothes from how well stocked the room is. The mini bar is filled with healthy snacks, guests receive hydroflasks to use within the hotels facilities as well as take home later. Just all in all a wonderful experience! Special shout out to Luca(our favourite smoothie chef), Wenceslao, Joshua, Kevin, and Rodrigo for making our stay the absolute best!!!! We can’t wait to see you guys again soon!

The perfume in the hallway smelled nice but too strong and breakfast location was slightly confusing!

Siro is a sports based hotel made for athletes, the reception was unique and amazing they even sell sports clothes in the reception and also meal plans! You can have your protein at the bar also at the lobby.

There are only few things I really didn’t really like at the hotel, I drove a tesla and they told me they had an electric charger but it was a private only for the owner of the hotel ! I didn’t know where to charge my car outside. Also you have to go through at least 2 elevators to reach to your room. Last thing was they didn’t have a TV in the room but they had a projector, I believe it’s for people who would like to workout or do yoga in the room.

The hotel facilities were fantastic, the gym, spa unparalleled for a hotel. It’s a great was to keep up with your fitness schedule while on a work trip.

The hotel was very empty and as such there were some teething problem. The basic room is a bit too basic for the price point. Room service was delivered in disposable takeaway containers and bags, that’s just not acceptable given the cost of the food and the expected experience. I hope they remedy that, expand the menu as I would stay here again.

It is fantastic hotel as location as design and as services . Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly especially SU, she always makes my stay easy.

There is always problem about use different elevators to reach lobby at 30 Floor and then transfer to other elevators to reach to rooms. If you want to go restaurants you have to use another elevators which is complicated .
