Staff is ready to render assistance with any problem or request, I’m very grateful to Rahid and Joelar for very early check in and even upgrade of the room !!! Air conditioning in the room is very quiet and does not disturb, curtains in the room perfectly keep cool air during the night if closed, very comfortable bad and pillows, nice breakfast, good location if You travel for work in this district.

Air conditioner is directed to the bed, had to switch it off for the night; there was some unpleasant smell in the wardrobe. Not much choice for dinner in the hotel. Hotel is more likely to be rated 4 stars.

It’s located in a very central and good area and accessible without having to go through traffic. Its new and clean. I truly appreciated all staff and how friendly they were especially in check in and out specially Rahed, Joelera from reception who were extremely fast and friendly! Also Shifan from concierge. I got the chance to meet with General Manager Mr. Giacomo who was extremely friendly and caring to learn of my experience and if i needed anything. It was an amazing experience. Clean rooms and facilities which i truly appreciated.

The room was very clean and the service perfect. Many thanks to the staff. A pleasant stay with perfect service. Thank you for giving us the heater in our room.

On the day of check-in, we had to wait for an hour and a half at reception because booking didn't pass on our check-in request at 06:00. It was very difficult for us because we were so tired and it was very cold.

The property was very clean and has a nail salon as well es massage spa

there is an extremely loud bar right beneath the hotel. it was at times so loud you’d think the music is coming from inside the hotel room. it was absolutely unbearably loud. It lasted until 2am!

accessible to metro, food stall and good atmosphere

I forgot my coat and they kept it and gave it back but I had to go in person to take itZ I wish they had sent it via Careem, but otherwise they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The stay was amazing. The King suite was huge and comfortable. The breakfast is better than many five stars in Dubai.

The room is spacious, good layout. The bed and pillow are comfortable, we can tell the sheets are clean and newly change. The rain shower has good flow of water, hot water comes out fast. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Breakfast is good. There are several good restaurants nearby. The tram station is also close by. All are within 5 to 10 minute walk.

Amazing breakfast spread! Great facilities (Gym, Sauna, steam room and swimming pool) Rahid was superb! He organised a surprise delicious chocolate cake and a beautiful room set up for my wife and I on our anniversary

Service at check in was excellent. Late night check in, tired after a long flight. Greeted with a smile. Fast and efficient. Room upgrade. Min fuss. Room was clean and well presented. Served it's purpose. The pool was nice.

The taps in the bathroom. Style over substance. Breakfast buffet was average.

The room service was excellent. The food I ordered from the kitchen was delicious. The staff throughout the entire hotel was friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again when I have more time to take advantage of the other amenities offered

The refrigerator didn't get as cold as I liked. Would like to see more varieties of channels on the television.
