The Act Hotel had great rooms, service and breakfast. The staff were always super kind and helpful. My room was massive and an affordable rate. Bed was comfy, bathroom great. AC was too much for me - I don’t normally use it and they said I had to call an engineer to adjust it, which I did, but it still completely dried me out. Breakfast was always a huge wonderful and delicious spread of fruits, veg, hash browns, pancakes, parathas and more more more. Pool is small but swimmable, gym is small but enough. Overall, would definitely go back, and would definitely recommend! Made my stay in Sharjah wonderful

Value for money i paid. Offered price was really attractive and service provided by hotel was relevant. For my taste breakfast was great with wide range. Generally all family was satisfied with our stay.

If you expecting real 5star hotel, Act hotel isn't that place. At the same time you have to be honest to yourself that real 5star service is impossible to get with such great price. Many small things i can mention, but i don't want, generally everithing was great.

1)Waited 2 hours to check in But that's because we arrived at about 12+pm. 2)Room was spacious and Big 3)parking was a breeze 4)Some Fast food restaurants nearby 5)Old and dated on the outside , new on the inside. 6)Breakfast was good enough 7)Overall , more like a Comfortable 3 to 4 stars hotel. 8)As long as the price is a steal then it is good value for money.

Aside from waiting for 2 hours at the check in (although would have been nice if they were slightlymore accomodating as i had mentioned and asked for early check in ) , which was not their fault since we arrived early, other than that, everything else was good

The staff was exceptional. Always very helpful ... from reception, to restaurant, to room cleaning. Early check in was arranged as well as access to buffet breakfast. Nice almost rooftop pool. The hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to pharmacies, restaurants & the waterfront.

There was a bad smell in the room and cupboard upon arrival. Efforts were made to solve the problem but after a while the smell was back, not as bad as upon arrival though. Breakfast was "interesting". By far the worst scrambled eggs I have ever come across. It was swimming in a pool of liquid. The fried eggs weren't good either.

Modern facility. But it was you staff Karim from reception and Mr. ashraf- captain from F&B who made our stay extra exceptional. It was my daughters bday and eventually I have requested a complimentary cake if possible on last minute basis. Before our arrival Mr Karim made an effort to call us in the morning which is my first time to experience when we have staycation plan with my kids. Second, Mr. Karim had never told us "NO" answer immediately regards to our request of cake yet I know he really tried to negotiate with whoever chef it is, just to give us a cake. And luckily we were surprised by Mr. ashraf who delivered us the cake in the evening time amd even offer us a good location for a photo of baloons to my daughter. As a mom, it touches my heart when someone plays and acknowledges my kids, thank you Karim and Ashraf. May you continously give a touch of heart to anyone regardless who are they. We are ordinary family only and these two people had made our stay awesomely exceptional coz of their extra customer service. thank you Godbless Karim and Ashraf.

The breakfast, service is great and good value. All the staff are well trained, polite, friendly and very helpful. Special mention to Karim from reception, super helpful whenever I needed something - nothing is too much of a bother. Also Islam from house keeping, the team is lucky to have him. Hard working and efficient, cleaning is always spotless probably one of the best house keeping we’ve had on a while. Overall I can highly recommend the Act hotel, we enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent stay, the room was spacious and comfy. The vallet service was very nice and they have a near parking lot which takes only 2 minutes or less to bring your car. The workers are very friendly and professional. I would really recommend it especially it is near the water front. By the way there is waiter in the restaurant, I have never seen such a happy and cheerful vype and positive energy which shows that she loves her job and she welcomes everyone.

Ahmed, duty manager and his certain members of staff are absolutely brilliant. Front of house/ guest relations Bel, she is excellence in customer service, she is very polite, listens and very helpful. Omeed, Said, al sayed and others in concierge fantastic team, always ready to provide service. Housing keeping, one of best and cleanest service I have come across; Akeel and Oli deserve recognition and thanks for their hard work. The lagoon view room is brilliant. Ashraf and his colleagues in breakfast area very well done. Patrick the barista, very good service. I very much liked the spa treatments and facilities. The only thing lacking for me were the choice of treatments. I will be returning to the same hotel. Very good location.

Some of the male front reception need training in customer service. I am happy to come over and train them and teach them English. The breakfast needs to be looked at. Not a good variety or choice. Service in terms of restocking food is very poor. It was a great shame the business lounge was not available as I was told equipment was not working.

I would like to thank the employee Mustafa at the reception .. a respected and highly ethical employee and his service was very elegant ... All thanks to the employee Mustafa of Egyptian nationality I would also like to thank the employee Aqeel from the room service... respectful and deserving of all appreciation and praise. One of the most beautiful hotels I have visited and it deserves a 10 out of 10 rating

it’s a modern hotel with class the bedrooms are massive with have a lounge area . I always stayed In dubai but now I always stay here .
