Could hear every sound from next room

It was in a perfect location to the city centre, only a 5 minute walk. The staff were lovely and helpful. There is usually a £5 per day charge for the hotel parking which we were given free of charge. The shower and it's temperature were great. Didn't try the restaurant so can't give opinion on that

There was no lock on the bathroom door which is no good when you have teenage twin boys who love to wind each other up! The room was clean but the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. My partner wiped in between the tiled floor with a tissue and got up a heap of dirt. There was some mould round the shower doors. The front door doesn't remain open after 11pm but for some reason there was an alarm that went off from it all night. You won't hear it depending on where your room is situated but unfortunately we were very close. With a few changes that I've stated above I would consider staying again

Location was perfect The size of the room for how much i paid was unbelievable And they had the Japanese Toilets If i am ever in Aberdeen I know where to say Did i say there was Netflix LOL well done

There were no cotton buds or body cream lol i know i am pushing it for the price i paid but it was overall very satisfactory. Also they could endeavour to have the living room smell like the bedroom, however i get that the windows were opened in the living room. anyway its all good

✅ Centrally located hotel. Hence ease of access to the city centre/bus-train station. ✅ Tidy room, clean bathroom/linen/bed. ✅ Hangers, Iron & dryer provided ✅ TV provided. Affordable hotels don't provide these days. ✅ Super Friendly Staff. Helped me with my room issues, heated my food in their staff kitchen, kept my luggage while I went on sightseeing. ❌ Only issue was water pressure was low. But the staff said they'll fix it.

First time there - said I wouldn't go back after having to sign in on-line to access key code but in fact it worked out well and wouldn't put me off staying again. Room was quiet, clean - a bit warm as skylight windows which didn't appear to open and the pole for the blind was too short. Noticed in morning we could have switched off the heater!! Would recommend two pillows per person - used towels as a pillow!

Staff were super helpful & welcoming nothing was too much trouble Room was clean & was even a brand new carpet down that morning Bed was comfy & room was warm & cosy

Was on bottom floor so was a sensor light that got triggered every so often but not too much of a hassle And could hear footsteps back n forth of ppl in rooms above Towel rail heater wasn't working But it's all under renovation so could understand

Booked the flagship to meet up with family who was coming from the Shetlands & as they didn't arrive until next morning off ferry with 2 young children the manager let them enter their room early which was absolutely appreciated as it was very cold outside but when ever we go we will definitely bd staying at the flagship the staff where just do lovely & polite 💯 %

A good experience checking in with friendly service. Very good location when coming off the train and to get around Aberdeen. Very large room which was great value. I could tell money had been spent doing the property up and it was still ongoing.

There were some updated additions in the bathroom and the door locks. But rooms/bathroom still a bit dated with decor.

We booked a family suite at an amazingly low rate and were pleasantly surprised. The room was newly renovated, spacious, and had very comfortable beds with clean bedding. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic value and highly recommended!

Location's perfect for shops, restaurants,, cafes, etc. Also very close to bus and rail stations.

The online advance check-in procedure. It didn't work for me, but wasn't a problem. It's a pointless techy gizmo anyway, as reception is staffed 24/7.
