The flat is comfortable, modern, clean and in an excellent location. The telly is big and smart, the appliances work well - the dishwasher is the smallest I have ever seen! The bathroom / wetroom supplies plenty of hot water. The sofa is cumfy. The receptionist is polite and helpful.

The pillows on the bed were very hard and thick. The iconic view of Union Street is blocked by masonry and obscured by guano. The kitchen is under equipped, there aren't many pans and they are not non-stick & so I couldn't cook as much as I would have liked. The windows don't open so you are at the mercy of the air con.

The size of our 2-bedroom apartment was insane! Plenty of space for sleep, work, simple cooking, relaxing, etc. for our family if 3. Massive floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances. And, the location couldn't be better - every type of restaurant you can imagine within 10 minutes and plenty of shops for snacks, fresh fruit, and ready-to-eat-or-heat meals. No gym, but easy to run to the beautiful Aberdeen Beach.

The WiFi could be spotty, but we found the good spots eventually. Bring ear plugs as it can be a little loud when folks are at Brewdog (just downstairs) late...and the clock tower starts going in the morning.

Very good, impresive, size, confortable, clean, staff helpfull. We booked one apartment with two bedroom and it was beatifull, with everything included. You are right in the old city centre, we went walking from there to the beach, about half an hour.

It was 38 degres when we arrived to the apartment, too hot, it was a problem with the heat, we tried to open the windows but there were locked, we were day for two days and still it was hot. We could not find the place when we arrived the first night, doors locked and you don’t see the place, we had to ask different people and it was in front of us. Difficult to park to unload the suitcases , doble yellow line and a trafic light in front of the door.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went to drop off our bags pre check in time but were able to check in straight away as our suite had been cleaned and was ready early. Excellent location with easy access throughout, has a lift to all floors. Suite was very comfortable with pretty much everything you would need and was very quiet, considering city centre location. Will definitely use again. Thanks

The best location, the apartment hotels are well set up for long or short stays. We had everything we needed plus a view. We loved visiting Aberdeen, and we loved staying here.

The dishwasher wasn't quite level and didn't want to drain completely, which would cause it to stop, and we would need to lift its front by the handle so it could drain and start again. Also, the wifi was a little weak and my phone kept losing connection.

Apartment isn't what I'd call 'top tier' but it gets the basics right. The floor outside our apartment door has a weird audio illusion where if someone walked past it kinda sounds like someone is in your room. Again, they weren't and it's perfectly safe but just took a bit of getting used to. Overall you won't get much better in Aberdeen

The front desk staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was very central and the rooms were a great size. Considering we are near a busy street and lots of pubs it was pleasantly quiet.

The bedding had stains, the front door was difficult to find due to the the lack of signage and I wish there were bigger bins in the rooms. The air conditioning didn't seem to work and the windows didn't open so it did feel too warm at points.

Location is excellent and surprisingly quiet at night. Value was excellent too, we had more than enough space for us and our dog and liked the size of the apartment.

The one things that is a huge own goal is that the hotel doesn't clean the outside of the apartment windows nearly enough. The views are great and the windows themselves are huge and beautiful - but are distracted from by the fact they're completely covered in muck. A little elbow grease would go a long long way. Beware how you approach the accommodation too, the Aberdeen Council seem to have some very sneaky bus lanes set out to entrap unwitting drivers with a welcoming fine.

Central location, friendly welcoming host, large room with a resting area, cool view and a clean, spacious bathroom. The entrance to this place is located 30sec from airport bus and 10 sec from pub! We stored luggage here for few hours - safe and sound.

Extraordinary location. A lot quieter than I hoped given the location. Big and nicely kept apartment.

They promised simple parking but it was a pain. The receptionist couldn't tell if we could park in their parking lot and just directed us to NCP, which is the tightest parking I've ever been in. They weren't able to give us the discount code for it they promised so we ended up paying £15 per day. The best thing you can do to improve is make parking simpler.
