My partner and I stayed here for an impulsive one-night stay and we will definitely be back! From the moment we walked in, Jackie and Russ were extremely helpful and kind. The room we had was beautiful, it was very clean, spacious, and it had all the essentials you could need - and the view was amazing overlooking the Lough Neagh. Breakfast was lovely, a great choice on the menu to choose from and the food was brilliant. Honestly, I can't fault it. 100/10 highly recommend!

Russ was a very friendly host. Bed was very comfortable. Bed linen & towels good quality. Spotlessly clean. Honesty box for reasonably priced snacks & drinks. Location for Belfast International Outside covered and heated gazebo 10% off food offered by some local businesses

The shower was quite small Biggest disappointment was that there wasn't more flexibility about breakfast serving time particularly because of location to the airport would expect some clients to book here the night before an earlyish flight. We needed to return hire car by 8am, but earliest breakfast was 7:30 which did not give enough time to eat it; we were provided with snacks instead, but not the same unfortunately. Breakfast at 7 am would have made the stay perfect.

We loved the ambience. We loved the way that Russ & Jackie look after their guests, and will always put themselves out to meet all their guests' needs. We really enjoyed our breakfasts - they were OUTSTANDING! Also, easy to get into Belfast for Titanic, and easy to get to local attractions, like Antrim Castle Gardens and Lough Neagh, and the Giant's Causeway.

We stayed for 5 nights, and had quite a lot of luggage, because we had 2 sets of formal clothes for functions connected with the wedding that we were attending in Ballymena. We respectfully suggest that we might have been allocated a larger room, with a bigger bed for a longer stay. I think that if we were "overnighting" for or from the airport, we would not have minded the slightly constricted room that we had. Maybe we're just space hungry travellers!!??!!

The location was perfect for a "get away from it all" experience. It is five minutes from the main airport, but there is not a hint of aircraft noise. Likewise, the cows are quiet in the adjacent field. The hosts were charming and very attentive, without being over the top. A very good choice of breakfast options. Antrim was nearby if needed. The knowledge that parking a car would not be an issue and not subject to a "first come, first served" lottery with limited parking slots. The luxury and comfort of the beðding gave an upmarket experience at an affordable price.

We absolutely loved everything about Glendaloch B&B. We arrived there after a 17 day road trip of Northern Ireland. We chose it for it's proximity to Belfast International as we had an early flight the next morning. From the moment we arrived Russ made us very welcome, going above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home. The home itself it's safe to say was one of the nicest B&B's we have ever stayed in. Everything there is so well thought out beautifully maintained and decorated with so much attention to detail a perfect blend of modern comfort with timeless elegance. The grounds of the property are gorgeous with views to the loch from upstairs bedrooms. The bed was super comfortable and we had a really restful sleep.

Nothing to say here everything was perfect. Just a pity we had to leave so early the next morning. We would have loved to walk to the loch.

The room was comfortable with nice decor and well equipped. It has a well stocked mini bar which unusually is very affordable. TV had Netflix. Breakfast was very tasty and well-cooked. There's a nice little walk to Lough Neagh from here. Russ is really nice and very obliging, he picked me up from the airport and dropped me back (one journey is free). I'd stay again.

I just had two little annoyances. Firstly, the towels in the bathroom look very old and faded, and while adequate for drying detract from the otherwise lovely decor. Secondly, IMHO the concentrate orange juice at breakfast is budget quality - rather than giving me a jug of orange juice I'd much prefer to just have a small glass of better quality not-from-concentrate juice which actually taste of oranges. Finally, one does hear planes taking off, most noticeably 5.30-6:00 am when I'd prefer to be sleeping - due to the proximity of the property to the airport this is inevitable and not unexpected

Great location, quiet and idyllic. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Has a homey feel to it. Well stocked fridge, with items to purchase, along with a small menu from the kitchen.

I would appreciate a more healthy breakfast to go (some suggestions include a fresh croissant, a bag of unsalted nuts, cheese, orange, rather than an apple, as an orange travels better). I could not take the juice box through security, so maybe provide a tea bag and a package of instant coffee instead of the juice box. Hot water is available once through security at one of the many fast food restaurants. An unbuttered dinner roll with butter on the side, along with the soup would also be appreciated, rather than buttered bread. These are minor suggestions, based upon my healthy dietary preferences.

Everything was perfect.The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are really comfortable and lovely hot showers. Breakfast was delicious with everything freshly cooked to order. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We decided to stay an extra night and moved to a studio. It was so tastefully decorated with lots of little touches to make guests feel at home. I will definitely stay there again.

I thought this property was fantastic in a beautiful setting and completely exceeded my expectations. A warm welcome from the host Russ, nothing too much trouble. Everything you could possibly need, exceptional and should I have need this place would be my first choice every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. Excellent location for the airport and shuttle and parking available on enquiry should you need it. If you are planning a longer stay it’s a great choice too. Hosts provide a great folder containing information on all the local attractions, restaurants etc. Congratulations to the host for providing a high end accommodation at very good rates. We enjoyed our short stay and breakfast provisions in the cabin to enable us to have a light breakfast before our very early flight. Thank you!

I honestly can’t say I have anything negative to say about this property.

We had an exceptional stay at Glendaloch, a beautiful B and B with great facilities and so close to the airport, definitely beats an airport hotel! Russ and Jackie were so accommodating and there were lots of little touches that made our stay even more perfect. They offer a free pick up from the airport and were also kind enough to drive us to the venue of the wedding we were attending the following day for a small contribution towards fuel. They also offer light bites such as soup/ toasties/ sandwiches which was great as a small dinner and saved us finding a restaurant/ takeaway the evening we arrived. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Glendaloch to anyone, we will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again!
