The facilities are good. The breakfast staff were polite and helpful.

No room service available was painful as I wasn't feeling well during my stay and didn't really want to venture out of my room. Another point - the last three or four times I have stayed - the same high end cars have been parked in the no parking or disabled parking spaces in the hotel courtyard. I am guessing that these are the owners vehicles? I don't think this creates a very good impression of the business (Black Rolls Royce and an Orange BMX X5).

The staff were exceptional and so welcoming. They all went above and beyond in every sense and even went to the trouble of researching local travel information for me etc and following up on my return. The hotel was very clean and spacious. Spa facilities were fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and room immaculate. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast. Sadly very salty as if cooked in salty water... Dry, hard bacon and low quality sausages. Not a great range of food although the soda bread was nice. Lovely breakfast area was let down by open shelving/storage containers etc. Could be easily rectified.

Hi we really like this hotel, how ever I do think breakfast should not be extra, we think it should be part of your room package. I do think at over fithteen pounds , coffee should be in a pot as should tea . The food is very good but your menu is limited. The only other concern is the update of room's, we really enjoy our stay but could we just say the carpets and bed linen quantity let you down. This would not stop us from returning. This constructive criticism.

The hotel was set in beautiful grounds. It seemed to have been recently renovated and to a good standard. The room we stayed in was a good standard. We visited for a wedding, so did not get full use out of the facilities and would like to visit again to experience more of the hotel. Impressed with the hotel shop - managed to get swim shorts at a reasonable price to use the pool the morning after.

Overall we had no issues and very happy with our experience.

The staff were lovely. Room was spacious

The bed was very hard and slightly uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning which meant the rooms and the function room were very uncomfortably warm. The bed room having a fan was a plus, but unfortunately it just circulated the warm air. The residents bar also closed quite sharp after being reopened and we were asked to move to the bar at reception instead... Which was closed after being mislead that it would be open.

when we arrived at 12.15 just to leave our bags off as we where attending a wedding in the area our room was ready so we where given our keycards and off we went it was a family deluxe as there was 4 of us. it was so big and spacious staff are so pleasant and always smiling. although there is some renovations going on in the hotel it was very clean and tidy and not a lot of noise. checkout was 11am and we where still allowed to use the pool area after this time. some other hotels don’t allow this and make you pay for it after checkout the kids where happy to use the pool. great selection of breakfast items also and all self service

The dinner menu was limited due to the current renovations but our food was delicious, quantity was good and service was reasonably prompt. We enjoyed the unhurried breakfast which was entirely self service with a good variety of options. The leisure facilities were very clean and not too busy at the times we used them. We had requested a late check-out time and this was facilitated at no extra cost. Lovely Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice surprise.

The bed was a little too firm for our liking but the room was very spacious with a comfortable temperature and comfortable bedding.

Staff were great and very helpful. The room was well appointed and very spacious. Food in the Dormy was excellent and again the staff were really attentive.

The bed was not very good, very hard mattress but not comfortable hard - old and thin hard. The bed squeaked every time you moved which did case some waking up but it was clean the pillows were good too. The hotel is undergoing a refurb so areas were nosiy and out of use but when finished the hotel will be stunning and the staff did apologise.

Room was very cozy and warm. Beautiful views of golf course. I had an amazing time in the swimming pool area. Great atmosphere and the people and staff were very friendly. I have booked my second stay already. The spa area is still getting refurbished though will be completed by April 2023.

There was no extra duvet in wardrobe. Be good to have more TV channels including music and radio channels.

Standard of room , food and service was excellent. Fridge missing from my room. Informed reception and fridge installed within the hour. Excellent service in rectfying a problem

Unable to have an enening meal in the restaurant as fully reserved for gofers. We had to ea in the bar area - not so light or comfortable.
