Great room, very clean! Friendly staff. Nice hotel, wish we'd stayed longer! Breakfast in the morning was a plus too. Very enjoyable!!

Nothing! Was perfect!

Industrial apartment for 4 worked well for us as we were at a wedding in the Venue next door. The noise from the wedding went on well past 1am what with movement of equipment etc afterwards so bear this in mind if you want to sleep earlier than this. Next morning a gym class is noisy too, again didn't bother us but be aware. Brilliant black out curtains and very comfy bed.Very clean but I did find someone else's dirty old white sock under our hanging rail which had been missed. Dee on reception was a gem and very helpful. Would I stay again? Yes, and so would my companions. My daughter loved the trendy style and lighting, but I wear glasses and thought it would be beneficial to have a light over at least one mirror for putting on makeup.

We were getting married at the venue next door therefore we stayed in the bridal suite. The room layout and decor was gorgeous. Every room was different and unique. The night of the wedding we arrived back at the room to find love heart shaped towels and petals on the bed and a bottle of Prosecco, we which made our experience extra special. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing that we would recommend is having some sort of option for breakfast. Been in a rural area you are very limited for breakfast especially if you don’t have a car.

Absolutely gorgeous property, great facilities and fab location.

Unfortunately on entrance to the apartment there was a very strong paint/chemical/toxic smell. We left for an evening out of food and drinks and thought the smell may subside on return but was still very noticeable on return. Although this didn’t spoil our stay it was definitely something that had an impact and we feel needs feeding back.

The property we stayed in was the disabled room. The actual decor was amazing, plenty of room needed for a power chair. The bed was very comfortable. Nice touches of bathrobes , toiletries and welcome pack. Exceptionally clean.

The lift only catered for my power chair and no other person to assist. The room also wasn’t quite catered for the disabled. Sockets were under the dressing table , therefore could not access myself. The sink in the wet room is too close to the toilet for comfortable access / transfer. A drop down grab rail is needed for the shower area to assist with seating, also an optimal moveable chair could be an option. The kitchen was difficult to access safely, needing under unit access for a wheelchair/power chair. A breakfast pack would be a bonus. Had great difficulty getting in contact with staff, left voicemails with no reply to say reception is open 24/7

Gorgeous building and the room was absolutely stunning! Everything finished to a really high standard, we had a lovely welcome, check in staff were so friendly and helped us find somewhere to grab some lunch. The little box in the room full of snacks was a lovely touch too!

Although we were only staying for one night we found the apartment very stylish , clean and exceeded our expectations. Loved the decor!

The checkout time could be improved by an hour and as there was no place within the complex to have a breakfast , some cereal etc could be provided .

The apartment was spotless. Well equipped and very spacious. Loved the decor. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. Just a minor niggle that there was no sufficient lighting at the dressing table. But that’s just a minor thing.

The staff were very helpful. There was a welcome pack including small boxes of cereals, snacks and biscuits. All very good and a really nice bonus.
