Room was very comfortable and pleasantly warm. All fixtures and fittings really lovely quality and just felt like a luxury space to relax in. A lot of attention to detail especially in the toiletries etc provided in the bathroom.

Only criticism would be the breakfast - the cooked option was a bit oily for my taste. The ingredients were quality and the flavours were lovely but all the fried food was a bit too greasy. That and the coffee - I think we got the last of the pot as it was very dark and almost tasted like stock cube - it was also filled up to the brim of my cup, leaving no room for milk.

We where upgraded to the titanic suite by suprise and it was amazing. Made my partners birthday night away that more special. Most of the staff where amazing. Our check in receptionist was amazing and so nice.

The night time receptionist wasn't overly approachable. Only 10pm and had a grump on her face and was walking back into the office space before I had finished asking a question. Felt like I was in the wrong for going to reception at 10pm to get her out of the office to ask a question. Also there was no room service after 10pm or so we had been told. My partner is disabled and we just wanted to chill in room with a wee snack after we'd seen a show in the opera house.

Breakfast was outstanding Plenty to choose from Poached eggs were excellent compliment to chef Very central for shopping Restaurant was lovely in the evening we really enjoyed the food

The mirror in room was not cleaned right Stain on bedside table from previous occupants Had a problem with telly in room had to ring reception twice and no one turned up took husband over an hour to try get it working which he did in the end Unfortunately as we were leaving our room which was on the 9th floor next to lift A someone had passed away on the room near that lift abd I can’t stop thinking of that poor family and a young worker a young lad that works for the hotel was very upset I heard a member of staff ask him was he ok he said yeah and was told to go bank to work he was clearly upset and I hope he was sent home

The breakfast was well organized and had many options. The room was large and comfortable. The building is kept pretty clean with a competent, kindhearted staff who were very helpful. The elevators are fancy and we had fun with them. The bathroom had a tub and a separate shower stall which was lovely. The biggest thing going for this is how conveniently located it is to the bus stop from Dublin Airport (we used Aircoach) as well as being a popular spot for morning tours (we took one from Paddywagons). It's also within walking distance of many other things and it was easy to find stuff to do in the area and places to eat.

We went to dinner one night and were one of the first couples in there but the wait staff seemed to forget about us? Never checking in to see if we needed anything, forgetting to bring the dessert we ordered, and eventually we had to just go flag down the host stand to pay for our meal as no one ever came by so that we could ask for the check (which they were doing at other tables). It was quite a strange experience. Also there was no view from our room it was just like an alleyway between buildings, but we didn't request a view or anything so this was fine.

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially at the reception. We were given a free upgrade to a bigger room with a view which was very unexpected. The room itself was pretty big, the bed was massive and super comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. Nice addition of complimentary bottles of water too!

The options at breakfast were a little disappointing - hot food was good, but there were no pastries/pancakes, just simply bread and one flavour of 'breakfast muffins' and cereals for the continental selection - it wasn't worth the £15. The dining area was lovely though and the staff were very attentive. Also, no robes or slippers in the room and no Hastings rubber duck. There also wasn't a mini fridge - those little added touches make all the difference.

Room was good size, clean and tidy, bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and efficient. Location was great, right next to the bus station where you get off the bus from the City airport (George Best). Close to the town hall, 7/8 minute walk and there are plenty of shops around the centre. There are plenty of bars and restaurants with good food near the hotel

Couldn't find anything to really fault, but I would say maybe have different thickness of pillows for the beds, not everyone likes 2 deep pillows, possibly one a thinner one.

Really helpful, attentive staff. Clean and attractive rooms. Good showers that worked properly. Very comfortable beds, though duvet was a bit too hot for my preference. Lifts arrived without a long wait. Breakfasts were good (though not especially good value for money) - the porridge was excellent however.

Not keen on the unexpected fire alarm at 11.30 one night! Would have liked more storage space for clothing (some drawers would have been useful). I was surprised to find no mini-fridge as this is unusual nowadays. My towels were not replaced one day and it took 3 separate requests to get some more, so I missed having an early-evening shower.

The room was modern and comfortable and bathroom facilities were excellent. The hotel's breakfast (extra cost) is well worth trying: buffet style with many great options. The elevators - we were on the eighth floor - use an interesting pre-select system that works very well.

The hotel is on a very busy street and does not have its own parking lot; although valet parking is usually available, it was not during our stay. The Europa has arrangements with nearby lots and we received a discount for parking at the Great Northern garage, a short walk through the transit station next door to the hotel. It isn't far, perhaps four blocks, to City Hall and the central shopping area.

Location was perfect, staff was amazing! The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, we had ot delivered to the room

Bathroom door is frosted glass and doesn't close properly. This was a major privacy issue for me. I had to put 2 towels against the door to keep it closed when using the bathroom. There was no information booklet in our room, we didn't know how to work the heating or air con and were freezing in the room. Thankfully the bed was comfy, but I wore a hoody to bed.
