Spotlessly clean. Excellent location, in close proximity to station and town centre. Check in was smooth. Communications from Mel throughout stay just right, not excessive. The local produce left at check in was a nice touch. I'll be honest, the cost is more than I would usually pay for an apartment, however the experience provided means it was more than worth it. Due to our flight times, we arrived before check in and left after check out. When I enquired to left luggage was offered both and early check in and late check out. Now I appreciate that this may have only been due to the apartments maybe not being fully booked at the time of my stay, but the offer was unexpected, unnecessary but extremely welcome, All in all, Mel and the team went above and beyond.

This is in no way a slight on the property, the only minor gripe I can think of is the bed was smaller than our one at home, I genuinely can't think of any other issues.

I stayed with my husband at Wilton House over the weekend. We were very pleased about the apartment. It was spacious with high quality furniture , great design and decoration, flooded with natural light, very comfortable bed , we found everything what we needed in the kitchen, complementary tea bags and coffee capsules for the espresso machine, the owner greeted us with biscuits and crisps. It was very welcoming! The staff ist amazing. Very kind and helpful. We could leave our luggage in safe storage after we checked out. We highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back!!

Everything was perfect!!

The apartment we had was nothing short of exquisite. The decor was stylish, elegant and yet subtle, the beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils you could want, and the crockery and glassware was sparkling clean and of great quality. It's located a short walk from the town centre, so quiet enough that you aren't kept awake, but near enough that you can literally walk everywhere. I cannot fault this property - if you're looking for a tasteful, comfortable and truly special place to stay in Belfast, you cannot go wrong with Wilton House!

Honestly nothing. There was a small issue with the temperature of one of our showers, but it was noted and dealt with in such a professional manner, I feel it's not even worth mentioning... there is truly nothing to dislike about the property.

Amanda was our host, she was a great ambassador for the hotel. She was really friendly, eager to give us recommendations (at our request), and very accommodating (we arrived early and she was able to get us in). The place was clearly expensively renovated (and there was a small magazine which explained the transformation to its current state). Everything felt good quality and we both felt it was a high quality establishment. The local area was fine, its close to the main areas and we had a great time in Belfast.

Nothing. It was a great place to stay and when we return we hope to stay here again.

Our expectations were far exceeded. New, modern, clean comfortable apartment. Thank you for the nespresso coffee machine, the washer/drier and the fully equipped kitchen. What a great location to visit Belfast. Easily walkable to the main downtown locations and tourist sites. An added bonus was the free parking on site. Not sure if this is always available but it made a huge difference to us. Amanda and Mel were great to deal with and we can’t fault the service and communication. Highly recommend.

The convenient location to the main thoroughfares and the motorway does mean there is a bit of traffic noise. However with windows closed you can hear it a lot less.

Beautiful apartment containing everything you would want for a comfortable stay.

No instant access to hot water. We had to wait 35 mins to get 10 minutes of hot water for a shower and then the same again for my partner to have a shower. This should be a basic amenity and somewhat spoiled the 5 star experience. This was really disappointing as my partner had 2 early morning hospital appointments during our stay. The staff assured us that this didn't usually happen, but it did happen to us.

After being let down by another property less than 24 hours of our flights to Belfast, Wilton House came to our rescue. We are so glad that we got the chance to experience the lovely apartments! The apartments were furnished beautifully and they were sparkling clean. Location was great too. The host was lovely and communicated everything we need to know with ease. We were able to park our car at the property and leaving it there for a few more hours after we checked out. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Wilton House.

The location was fantastic, couldn’t have asked for better. The apartment was very clean and finished to a high standard with lovely furnishings; the beds were super comfy and there was everything you could need provided in the kitchen. Everybody we encountered was lovely and helpful and very responsive on the what’s app chat. Amanda was there to meet us and she was great - really lovely and friendly and gave us some fab eating recommendations. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Mel welcomed us at the entrance and showed us all the necessary features. It was very attractive and comfortable, and within 3 minutes we could reach lots of shops, so it was very convenient.

The view was pretty depressing. We had a factory just below the window, and then a busy highway, with the mountain in the distance. On several nights or early mornings, there was a banging noise. It was a windy time, so we thought maybe there was a problem with the roofing, since we were on the top floor so it wasn't anyone above. The bed was a semidouble bed, too small for us, and the pillows weren't comfortable, so we had trouble sleeping even when it wasn't banging.

The property is situated in central Belfast so close to everything, shops, restaurants and bars. The decor and finishing touches are amazing. Beds are super comfortable and the apartment was warm and cosy. It literally had everything you could ask for. Amanda the host was so helpful from the minute we checked in and even after we had checked out. It is also super secure which put us straight at ease. I cannot recommend Wilton House enough 10/10
