The Ten Square was a really comfortable, perfectly located and beautiful hotel. My room was whisper quiet, had an amazing bathroom, with the best shower I’ve had on my 3 week holiday so far! The location made getting anywhere really easy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Nothing really. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but that really comes down to personal preference.

The location of the hotel is great so close to train & bus services. Very close to Christmas market & city center especially with children. The staff were all so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. Although checkin wasn’t until 4pm we got to check in a few hours earlier especially as we had 3 kids with us. Hotel was super clean, smelt amazing and our room was doffer suit which was one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of room and two TVs in the room so kids could watch what they wanted and adults could watch what they wanted. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was first class we had shower facilities and a bath in our room. We will definitely be back. Breakfast was also great.

The hotel's prime location in central Belfast offers exceptional convenience, with major attractions, including the Titanic Museum, within comfortable walking distance. The proximity proved particularly advantageous for our organized day trip, with the meeting point just a six-minute walk from the property. The staff across all departments, from reception to food service, demonstrated exemplary hospitality and attentiveness. We greatly appreciated the accommodation of an early check-in, which enhanced our experience. The comprehensive breakfast service exceeded expectations.

The Ten Square is in a great location - close to bus and train stations. It’s very clean, the room was a good size, as was the bathroom. Modern decor and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived way before check-in but our room was available so we got early check-in and they comped us breakfast. Such a warm and wonderful welcome after an overnight flight and bus ride from Dublin. The staff from the front desk, to housekeeping, bar, and breakfast staff was friendly and professional. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Everything was great. If I had one suggestion, and it is not a complaint at all, would be to have both firm and soft pillows to choose from. There were plenty of pillows, but all were on the firmer side.

Breakfast was delicious, made to order. Not many options on the buffet however but the made to order food was very nice indeed. Location is amazing, especially for the Christmas Markets. Front of house staff are not overly friendly, very dismissive. Staff in the restaurants were lovely though.

We had a twin room, the duvets on the beds were double duvets doubled over in the cover, not a problem for me but many of our party said it was too heavy and made them too hot to sleep. At Breakfast, some of our party had finished their meal and the wait staff were eager to take the plates away but sometimes they were a little too quick, some of us were still eating and they were asking could they take the plate away!!

Great location, room was a good size and clean.

Unfortunately there was work going on next door that started at 7am. We complained and the owner of the hotel contacted them and it stopped half an hour later but we were wide awake by then. We had complained about the noise the evening before as it was very loud in our room at 7pm to be told that there was nothing they could do. We could not have been the only people who was disturbed by the noise and was surprised that the owner had not had an agreement in place to ensure that clients at the hotel were not disturbed by the noise. Eg. Work not to be undertaken between 5pm and 9am.

Fabulous location, brilliant, friendly staff with really spacious, immaculately clean rooms. The beds were large & super comfy, and the bathrooms had large, powerful showers & lovely complimentary products. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate sachets included, and cartons of spring water replenished daily. Breakfast was delicious, self-service coffee, tea, juices, toast & cereal with cooked options made to order with some of our party requesting additional items & staff were happy to oblige. It was obviously quality produce & was really tasty & quickly served. Next time we visit Belfast, we will stop at the Ten Square without hesitation.

Nothing everything was absolutely spot on.

This is such a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location couldn't have been better. We had lunch in Jospers restaurant when we arrived....delicious! We decided to eat there for dinner too.....equally delicious and a lovely atmosphere. The hotel is located out the back of City Hall so prefect for exploring the city on foot. The hotel validates parking in a Value Car Park less than 10 minutes walk away.

It's a very minor point but the coffee station for breakfast is in an alcove which gets busy and it's hard to know if you're skipping the queue. It's a bit confusing first thing in the morning.

from the very start, the ten square staff were amazing. Before we went, I emailed asking for an easy accessible and quiet room, which they did without question. all the reception staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was great, too. There was tea coffee toast and cereal, and depending on your breakfast choice, you could have any sort of fry up to bacon pancakes and maple syrup, which was delicious. Ten square is in walking distance to all the shops, its behind the city Hall which is a great place to visit very informative.

I have stayed in Ten Square before however this stay was the best ever. We arrived to be greeted by Erin on reception who was so friendly and chatty Such a warm welcome to the hotel. She arranged a taxi for us over to the SSE arena and even walked put to the taxi with us to ensure we were getting into the right one as there were so many arriving at the same time as ours. She asked about our evening and said to ring reception if we needed anything. The rooms were gorgeous and spotless. They look to have been completely refurbished since our last visit. We ate in Jospers and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Every single staff member at the hotel from reception housekeeping bar and restaurant were so friendly and do efficient. Couldn't do enough for you. We got an excellent room rate too with breakfast included which was lovely. We asked for our luggage to be kept after checkout which was no bother and we also got discount on parking via hotel in Value Car Park. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend
