Breakfast was tasty (so thank you for that), the 24hr pizza was good/ideal when coming back at night, and the check in staff were very friendly. Location great. Umbrella hire was handy too.

Breakfast was not stocked quickly enough. Lots of waiting around on both days for food to be ready at the hot station. Beds/pillows not hugely comfortable with a hill in the middle, so you felt you were going to fall out. Lifts were very temperamental (one time it took the lift 6+ attempts to close, before it finally closed and another time I lost count, got out and tried the other lift instead).

It's a very handy location just off Great Victoria Street, but quiet for sleeping at night and without much traffic noise during the day. The beds are comfortable, the curtains do a good job of blocking the city lights at night and there's secure and affordable parking just behind the hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. It's still one of the smartest hotels I've found in a budget brand. For those who are interested in such things, it also has a compact gym that looks to be well appointed, given its size. I only used the exercise bike, but everything else looks well maintained. Overall, it really is excellent value.

Breakfast wasn't as tasty as on a previous visit, but still OK.

reception staff excellent and friendly on arrival..previous special requests made by me were listened to and applied to my booking. room and cleanliness exceptional..toiletries supplied were first class..bed very comfortable. breakfast times were wide ranging and choice of food marvellous and varied..easy going atmosphere in the restaurant and staff attentive and approachable..all in all a first class experience..best hotel i have stayed at in Belfast and i travel to the city each year..would without any hesitation stay here again

if i was being picky then perhaps the tea/coffee facilities in room did not quite match the standard of the toiletries supplied...bit more drinks variation on the tray and perhaps small pack of biscuits?..but on the whole no issues at all

The location was great, very central. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size, bright and very clean. There were tea/coffee making facilities, a hairdryer that you could plug in where you wanted (not stuck in a drawer), TV, iron and ironing board. The ensuite was also a good size, with nice toiletries provided. There is parking in a multi-story car park beside the hotel, with a special rate of £14 per 24 hours for hotel guests. We had breakfast both mornings and dinner one night. The food was lovely, as were the cocktails. I would definitely stay at Hampton by Hilton again.

The pillows are very soft. When the breakfast items ran out, there was a long wait for replacements.

Everything about this hotel was great! Firstly I want to mention Micheal. He was the person I chatted too regarding solving my issue with linking the stay to my Hilton Honors account so I could use the digital check-in facility. After listening to my reason's, he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Seriously, can't say thank you enough to Micheal. The room was amazing! We did have a couple of issues with the room but Maintenance soon sorted all that out while we were out enoughing ourselves in Belfast. For location, I honestly don't think you can beat this hotel. We will definitely be going back and staying here.

Please note this is a VERY minor thing. Breakfast, not as much on offer as other Hamptons, and some of the items were "out of stock".. BUT there was still plenty to chose from and tasted great!

Location is highly convenient in the city centre a few minutes walk from the main railway station. My room was well furnished, spacious and extremely comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. My room was quiet despite only being on the second floor. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice including freshly made waffles! Staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The clothes cupboard and bathroom had a strange shared door which slid between the two, so only opening the bathroom door closed the cupboard and visa versa. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom which is not great if it's needed.

Im from the Republic and started panicking when I seen the william of orange mural 50m down the road. I shouldnt of worried 🤣 this is an amazing hotel, in the perfect location and is extremely accomodation and friendly to families with young children. We stayed here to attend the xmas markets and its perfect walking distance to City Hall. The staff were amazing and helped us with everything we needed. The food was great.. similar vibes to what you would get in a hard rock cafe and kids eat free. The car park is very safe and only costs 14 pounds when staying in the hotel.

Nothing everything was above expectations.

The room was extremely comfortable & clean. Staff were so accommodating and friendly, guiding us with the parking and validating our parking ticket. Breakfast was amazing, they had fruit, hot breakfast, waffles- something for everyone. The reception/lobby was very cosy and comfortable and they had lots of board games available if you have kids (or even if you don’t, we only noticed this during check out and we were raging we didn’t play one while we had a drink at the bar the night before!). Overall a brilliant experience and would definitely stay again.

We drove from Dublin and as the hotel didn’t have onsite parking we parked in the multi storey car park (located right beside the hotel). Wasn’t a bad experience, just a little confusing upon arrival. We did get discounted parking through the hotel though!

We were on the second floor. The outlook from our room was of a car park. We had some difficulty finding the hotel as our GPS sent us to the other half of the street that the hotel is located on. Bathroom nicely designed. Bedroom very pleasant and spacious. My wife found the shower easy to use.

the drainage from the shower was too slow and we nearly flooded the hotel with it. water pressure in the shower was not great. the walk from the centre of Belfast was not a pleasant walk at night. The lunch time and evening food offerings were very limited.

The room was a descent size, clean and beds comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and open to any questions you may have. There is also an area for kids with all sort of games. It’s very handy when you travel with children. The location is very central, close to restaurants, pubs and shops. There’s also a car park just nearby and you benefit of a discount as you stay at the hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

The queue in the morning for breakfast but I suppose it’s normal during a busy period.
