Perfect location staff very friendly let us in the room early and let us sleep over the time to have to leave to give us extra time was much appreciated.... will definitely stay again me and my partner had the best night away all in all a good hotel always helps with this in my opinion so thank you for a wonderful night away it was much needed for us both

Nothing in all honesty it was somewhere for us to lay our heads after a night away having fun and drinking if anything the room was small but honesty didn't bother us in the slightest you pay for what you get 🙂

The gentleman host was absolutely wonderful. He was ever so polite. Such a lovely lad to chat to. So professional. He genuinely made our stay so welcome we plan to come again. Room was ready on arrival. Brilliant.! I'd recommend this hotel as a perfect on the sea front spot. Perfect for on a budget fast last minute get away. Be mindful of stairs to your rooms for those who would struggle. Room was very basic, ideal for me and my best friend, and just what we wanted. But won't be to everyone's taste if you want something a little more upmarket. This was perfect for our one night stay for a day at the beach kid and man free. So close to North Pier as well. Beautiful.

Barring the noise from the other rooms in the night coming back from clubs. Nothing. It's Blackpool. It's expected... So nothing to really moan about. Just warm those who may find it an issue.

The location was absolutely beautiful, everyone was so welcoming especially the manager, from the minute we arrived till the minute nothing was too much trouble him, he even went out his way to sort us out a taxi when we were running late for our blackpool eye booking,he really is a very lovely man! we felt like friends not just guest and will definitely bring the kids next time!!

Couldnt really fault the property it had everything we needed and if they didnt have it, i feel they would have gone out their way to get it for us

Friendly staff. Fab location. Right on the beach front, amazing waking up to that view every morning! We prefer to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance. This hotel is exactly that. So we can have all the fun and rowdiness in the day, but downtime at night. Maximum 10 minute walk to North Pier which was ideal, as no noise from the bars etc when trying to sleep, but not too far for my little ones to walk. We enjoyed playing pool in the bar, wish it stayed open a little later.

We arrived at the back end of our allocated time (time to arrive between 5 and 6, and we arrived at 5.45) but were then made to sit and wait for 40 minutes because they hadn't yet cleaned our room. Not ideal when we'd driven for 5 hours and wanted to get settled and go out to eat. But not a deal breaker, more an inconvenience. Then on arrival to our room, found there to be several hair claw clips scattered around and an empty can of coke on the desk, so clearly not thoroughly cleaned. Bedding and bathroom were spotless though. Also the decor etc is a little dated, but that doesn't really matter too much! Advertised as having a bar, which it does, to an extent. But no soft drinks available, and only multipack cans of beer and cider served, and charged pub pint prices.

The management where friendly and customer focused aiming to provide the best service possible at an affordable cost..

The management have only recently taken over the tenancy and work on behalf of the premises owner , the premises is in need of maintenance and modernisation to facilitate disabled access & update the interior decor, unfortunately this includes the lift to the various floors so luggage has to be carried manually up the numerous stairs that is quite strenuous and impractical for elderly guests… but all obstacles could be overcome with cash investment and appropriate maintenance..

Staff were very friendly and helpful,l bed was comfy.

Hot tap on the sink was broken and no hot water from the shower and the window wouldn't shut fully so it was quite noisy outside till the early hours. The other guests who were above us kept constantly banging doors & on the floor till gone 1am then had the nerve to bang on the floor when my partner actually got to sleep & snores a little bit cheeky sods!

We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 4 children. One room was better. The top floor room had no toilet roll and not enough towels for 3 people staying in the room. Shower trip and door frames tatty. Window in this rooms wouldn’t close so had road noise and bathroom floor was soaking - all things we could sort but things to look at for the future.

The manager was really friendly, very quiet in the hotel and he made me feel at home, always made a point of asking how I was and even helped me pick a take away whilst I was there. Comfy and clean the main thing I look for. Value for money and convenient for the pubs in town as could stumble home

Everything was good, just a shame Blackpool seems quieter than normal

Very good value for money. Staff are very nice and the rooms we're good size. Sea views and a good location with public transport stops just outside. Parking is good and reasonably priced. Overall a very good place to stop for a weekend away

Decorating seemed a little unfinished but overall is a good place

Staff were friendly and accommodating to a late check out (at a further cost) but was relaxed about time to check out.

The room was a little cold when arriving but there were electric radiators which I plugged in which warmed the room up quickly. Bathroom window wouldn't close so could hear noises from outside but was remedied with closing the bathroom door.
