The owner was very friendly The bathroom was a good size and modern A good amount of tea and coffee Towels provided There was a selection of toys for young children to play with in the shared lounge area.

We went with our grandson who as just turned 3 and whist we booked a triple room we weren't made aware this would be a bunk bed (double at the bottom, single at top) in which we didn't trust my little grandson to sleep in and the steps to the bed he kept trying climb up. The double at bottom was also very uncomfortable (way too soft). Whilst I don't expect toiletries to be provided I do expect to find soap in the bathroom even if just the little bars, there was none, I had to go buy some.

The hotel is very clean, good location, helpful staff, on arrival we had early check in as we had activities booked for the afternoon as we were a hen party (it's does state no hen parties but I didn't see this till the day before) the hotel still catered for our party and they were brilliant and friendly. Would 100% recommend. All facilities in the rooms, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, kettle, tv. Rooms are good size, shower is good and powerful they supply body wash, shampoo, beds are comfy with memory foam mattress. Absolutely fantastic, also great location, walk straight down the road there is a lovely cafe where we had breakfast sunday morning, walk to the tower central in about 7mins. Will stay here again next time we visit blackpool.

Comfortable beds, owner is very kind carrying our heavy bags and looking after them while we went out after check out. Lovely man. Room is good size, shower is fab and bathroom is huge! Kids asked if we could stay another night! Very clean and fresh smelling also.

Wifi was a bit rubbish on the top floor but we were warned of this. but who visits Blackpool to sit in a room with the Internet. It made no big deal to us.

Location is perfect, staff are super friendly and great value for money. We stayed in a triple room and it was very spacious. As we travelled with friends the lounge area was perfect to socialise with the kids in the evening.

Really hard to find something we disliked. If I was being really picky I'd say the pillows are too high but that's only because our preference is flatter pillows.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way so wasn’t very private from the rest of the room, and the memory foam mattress wasn’t to our taste, it was very hot and hard to move on for restless sleepers.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The room no6 and ensuite was lovely and clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. We was pleased we had tea coffee and kettle in room. there was loads drawers and hangers for clothes. great all round

There was only one little mirror in the room and it was quite high up. would benefit from a full length one. i would also change the sealant around the base of shower as its coming away and makes it look unclean

Victoria, is an excellent host! Yado hotel is close to all amenities, within a 10 minute walk to Blackpool tower. The hotel is VERY clean and comfortable. We had a heat wave whilst we was there and Victoria made sure we had a fan in both rooms. The décor is a not to my taste but that really did not matter- the hotel is clean and comfortable. Our double room was small but had everything we needed, including tea and coffee which Victoria asked us if it needed replenishing. However, the kids(older children) room was large and airy. You can hear some noise from the rooms next to you but that is to be expected- nothing that interfered with our stay. There is no breakfast on offer, however, there is a room downstairs that offers a football table and a sofa with a TV and better WIFI signal, according to my children. For families, this is an excellent place to stay, everything is within walking distance but far enough to not be surrounded by noise. Just down the road from Yado we discovered a place called Peek a Booze which offers an excellent breakfast- I highly recommend this for your breakfast and evening meal as it is freshly cooked at a good price. Victoria, we will be back and thank you for a wonderful stay.

Ideally located for us,5 minutes walk to the tower.very clean and comfy beds.The whole room was spotless with a huge bathroom compared to others.The gentleman on reception was helpful explaining where the nearest car park was and we even got to check in a little bit earlier.great stay and would definitely be going again in the future.Nice to find a clean comfortable place in Blackpool.Thanks.

stayed with my husband and 2 kids (5 and 5 months). the hotel was very clean and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. the location was brill and was very close to where we needed to be and not far from the sea front. the room was big and spacious and the bathroom was super clean and big.

only got 1 pillow :( I found it so difficult to sleep with such a flat pillow, i ended up having to fold my coat and put it under my pillow. other than this, it was great, but the stay would have been so much better if we have 2 pillows each :)

It was a good location to everything else, near the town centre and the nightlife and the cost of the room was really good for a Saturday night, was only £65 for 2 of us. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful.
