I liked that the guest house as it offered self-check in as I arrived very late (22h45) and still managed to find my room. I was also able to find fresh milk and water in downstairs fridge which were most appreciated and the room was comfortable and shower was nice and hot!
The bathroom light kept switching off even while I was inside the bathroom - seems the sensitivity/timer on the sensor of that light needs reviewing (Room 10). And I couldn't find the WiFi password in the room and so didn't use the free WiFi. It would be nice if a breakfast option could be offered in future. But these weren't big factors, I only mention them to help provide feedback.

Lots of parking available infront of the building and easy self checking in. The linen and towels were good quality. The WiFi and desk was great to work at. The room and bathroom was very clean. The bathroom a good size with shower and towel drying rack. The coffee station in the room was very well stocked. Across the road there is a Garage with a shop that stays open till late and a microwave with a coffee station in the canteen area with spaces to sit down for a meal. There is an Italian restaurant in walking distance and a pub further along. It was very quiet even with a main road close by. Check out is at 10:30am. Hot water comes on at 5:30 -10:30 and 15:30 - 22:00. Great stay, highly recommended. It's only 10 minutes to the Hengrove Leisure centre.
I was a little cold in the room but chose not to alert management as the rest of my stay was so comfortable and truly exceeded my expectations.

Accommodation was exactly as advertised. Bedding was fresh and pristine clean as well as the towels provided. Tea/Coffee and biscuits also provided which was a nice touch. Appreciated having a small fridge in the room as well. Excellent parking right outside the room.
There was really only one issue and that was the hot water tap in the toilet which didn't work. We didn't have time to speak to anyone about it as we were off out to a concert then straight to bed when we returned so hopefully that will get sorted for the future.

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and decoration of the rooms. Very well presented, tidy and well laid out. My elderly father was on the ground level and I took the first floor room. These both suited our needs adequately. Nice shower units, with good water flow. They looked recently refurbished, so it was all looking clean and fresh.
Couldn't find anything to complain about. Rooms were as described online and they were well cared for.

My room was great. It had a sofa in I wasn’t expecting, so I could sit and watch tv in the evening. It was very peaceful despite being near a busy road. A very generous tray with tea, coffee, milk etc was most welcome in the morning. A very cosy room with en suite bathroom.
I’m not sure if it’s old plumbing but the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, leaving debris behind after every flush. Other than that, everything was great.

I had a lovely double room for my week staying away for work. WiFi was perfect and I had a nice place to set up my PC. Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Room was nice throughout and the bathroom was a really nice wet room. There were a couple of places to eat nearby and a petrol station just the other side of the road with a useful shop. Location was perfect and the airport is a 10 min drive away. Would definitely stay again.
No complaints whatsoever.

Beautiful Location .... Great communication with the property owners who were lovely met us at the property... Explained to us where the bus stop was to get into Bristol which was a small walk across the road. The room was clean and lots of tea coffee and milk in the room which was great .... The first time I didn't have to bring any back from the shop ..... Quiet Room Enough space for two. The Flowers beds looked beautiful when we had arrived too. Lock codes for doors which was good so then you don't have to worry about cards .
Just the view of back barn a bit shabby which was the view from our window ... But I'm sure with time this will be sorted out but didn't effect our stay what so ever .... ☺️

The place is actually called Bridgwater Farm. We arrived late, it was dark and we passed the entrance as we thought it wasn't the correct place. Apart from that, it's a very functional, comfortable place for access to Bristol city and the airport.
Parking area was nearly full and with several large vans parked it was a little tricky making sure we didn't block access. Or maybe I was just tired 🙂
