The location of the BnB was perfect for what we needed we were working just outside the town and staff were excellent and couldn’t be more helpful. Rooms were spotless beds were really comfortable and shower was excellent. We had breakfast every morning which was fantastic great selection of hot breakfasts or cold. The host jay jay could not have been more helpful with sorting our rooms and even extending our rooms for extra couple of nights.Also the pub down stairs had brilliant atmosphere,friendly locals, fantastic for watching sports and great Guinness!

The property is in an excellent location and we easily found it. There’s only parking available on the street but we had no issue locating a parking space near the property despite the street appearing to be busy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the staff nice and pleasant. We enjoyed the late check out at 11am. The breakfast was excellent and prepared us for the day. We think it's a good place to stay and we would be happy to stay again.

I would recommend a toilet seat that fits the actual toilet. In the room that we were in the smell from Subway was quite strong.

I liked everything. The rooms were spotless and comfy. The breakfast was 1st class as was the friendly service from cara and lisa in the kitchen, nothing was too much for them, always smiling and very friendly and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. Step out the door, and you're literally on the main street where there are ample shops. This hotel is a hidden gem. We will definitely return.

Great location, clean and tidy with excellent facilities. You get a key to the door to come and go as you please, breakfast was nice with help yourself cereal and toast, tea and coffee making facilities and a good cooked breakfast. There is a small kitchen area with microwave, fridge and plate etc for use throughout the day too. Its right above the pub with live music Friday and Saturday to enjoy. Lots of local shops, bars, coffee shops and nature to explore.

Only downsides for me, no car park and limited parking outside hotel and the pillows were too hard for me.

We had the most amazing 5 nights at Belfast House. The room was comfy and perfect for what we needed, the breakfast was absolutely delicious...Lisa looks after us and made us feel so welcome...such a lovely lady, we will be back and would 100% recommend you to friends and family..thanks again Lisa! Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly JJ who cooked a lovely fried breakfast. The rooms are a little small but adequate and comfortable. Despite being located above a pub, we were not disturbed by noise. Excellent value for money.

There is no designated parking and on occasions it was not easy to find parking nearby.

A full Ulster Fry was on offer for breakfast and it was delicious. The location is conveniently located for shops and local facilities. The staff were helpful when we had queries. Kitchenette facilities were available too.

Although the music from the bar wasn't audible on the first night, we heard a tiny bit of bass the second night However, it didn't interrupt our sleep.

Excellent breakfast. Full fry and a selection of fruit, cereals and yoghurt. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Rooms are located above the bar and may be noisy at the weekends however this wasn't an issue for us as we were out ourselves. There isn't any parking for the property.

Very clean a nice rooms.Breakfast is best I've had with a room. Chose this town to stay while exploring castles and sight seeing. I would stay here again!

Can be a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday night from bar below bit I knew that when I booked it from other reviews. Really is not bad we just watched a movie In the room later than we usually do. Very good central location to explore Northern Ireland from. We had a great time while there.

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms, very clean and very well maintained. Absolutely great value for money for such a great establishment and location is fantastic in the heart of the town, excellent night life and food options. All in all, a fantastic stay.
