Natalia was very helpful and informative at Reception and is a credit to the business.. Gym facilities were good and able to get a decent workout with the equipment available. Had a good sleep, was very quiet considering there was a busy road fairly close. Hotel provides ear buds in case this may be an issue for some. Dinner options were very good and staff were friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. Would come back.

Wifi was not available from my room but I could get it at the bar/restaurant no problem so may have been a signal issue from my side. Not a massive issue to be honest. Had a bit of trouble with the gym lockers but managed to lock and open eventually with a bit of patience.

The hotel has recently come under new management. The staff are lovely and quick to help, very friendly and it's easy to see the hotel is in good hands moving forward. Restrant has a smaller range on the menu but the food we had was great. Looking forward to seeing what the staff do with the place in coming months.

we stayed in a suite for 4 nights and it was very spacious and well equipped. Was nice to have a separate sitting area with additional tv. No problem to get extra tea, coffee etc when needed. Really clean , comfortable and warm. Used the gym every morning. The staff in the leisure suite were really friendly and helpful . Lovely bar area with tv screens and , again, friendly, helpful staff.

Room was of a good size, clean and comfy enough for a night or two stay. some of the fixtures and fittings still look dated which is a realm shame but all in all it does the job when on the road passing through Elgin. Staff, as always are supper friendly and helpful. The food is what keeps me going back for more though, always fabulous food on the menu that is cooked to perfection. Hats off to the chef and the kitchen crew.

The wi-fi was not working in any of the hotel rooms so the only way to get on to the internet was if you sat in the reception / bar area which was slightly annoying when you have lots of works to be getting on with and you need a good internet connection. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 9 years and I was looking forward to seeing how the new owners would put their spin on things but it has just had a little tidy up from what I witnessed.

Very good value for the price. I had a junior suite for only £80, which is remarkable. It's a 70s-era hotel, so very spacious and has been modernised. Staff were very friendly and it's a decent location near the town. Watching the rabbits on the grass was also fun!

It's a business-style hotel, with not much character, but I don't mind that particularly. More disappointed that the cold breakfast was all gone by 9am. One of the few hotels in Scotland we came upon with fruit and other options, but they were all gone, despite the hotel seeming to be very quiet. Cooked breakfast was also very average, with a McDonald's style sausage and other elements that looked like they were out of a packet or freezer. This could be a really nice hotel, but has the feel of somewhere that is struggling. Pool and spa also not available due to refurbishment, which was a shame.

Understand hotel aging, maybe furniture could be touched up a little to freshen up but this is just minor issue. Was looking forward to using gym facilities but again understand can be expensive to run.

Room was lovely, comfy bed. Breakfast menu was amazing, tried most options. Staff were exceptional and worked really well as a team. Leisure facilities were fantastic, well equipped gym and the pool was like a bath...great for an early morning swim before breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was very good. No dogs allowed in the restaurant but we were accommodated in the bar area and table service was the same. A bowl of water was brought out for the dog, and a couple of treats.

A very enjoyable visit Jake made me feel very welcome * I got upgraded to an executive suite I loved it there breakfast very good the best egg benedict I've tasted

The location is great and great service, particularly from Robyn who provided service with a smile all day.

Accessibility isn’t great if you have mobility problems, there is no lift to the upper floor where the bedrooms are and there are stairs up to the lounge and dinning area which was a struggle as my husband has arthritis in his knee.
