We enjoyed the spa facilities - the sauna and hot tub were really fun. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious and the living room was a good size. The kids room was really fun for my daughter and she was very happy with it.

There are no curtains but blinds, which do not keep out the light and make the room very bright. It's hard to sleep in the mornings. The main door is not child friendly or child proof, and really easy for kids to escape. My daughter ran out twice, which is extremely dangerous as there is a main road right outside the house

Big rooms and spacious lounge/kitchen for a large group. Having a hot tub and sauna is a great addition. Location in proximity to shops and eating places was good.

Upstairs shower was cold and the water travelled outside of the shower surrounds. Downstairs toilet often didn’t fill up and had to lift the lid.

The garden was beautifully designed, the hot tub and sauna was fantastic. The layout of the lounge, kitchen and diner made it a great entertainment space. The bedrooms were luxury. Fantastic huge bath in the downstairs bathroom. 11 of us stayed here and had so much space for games, watching a movie etc... We didn't need to leave the property to have a great weekend... Would deffo recommend and return

Having to pay the high breakage deposit, however the full deposit was returned on the same day we left the property.

Spacious house, lovely garden, jacuzzi, and sauna. Well decorated house. Well equipped kitchen, Nice touch with flowers, chocolates, and prosseco on arrival, Lovely children's room with a variety of books and toys.

House could do with a paint refreshing as lots of marks and chips of paint around the home. Was not happy with the 1000£ deposit, but all checked out fine.

The Hot Tub was clean and was enjoyable with mood lighting in and around the house. The sauna when heated up helped to dry us off after coming out of the Hot tub and kept our towels warm and dry on the cold February evenings. Our grandaughter loved the childs playroom and exploring the different toys. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed and the large fridge with chilled water and ice maker was a real treat.

We had problems with the heating when the boiler cut out a few times. After the family had showers it turned out that the water had to reheat before the radiators got hot.

A perfect holiday home for my friends and I, we all throughly enjoyed our stay - truly felt like we were on a holiday! A great location and very convenient as you have M&S right next door and then Tesco within a 5 minute walking distance. The bedrooms were of a good size and very clean. The hot tub was was brilliant and very easy to function! My friends and I really had a great time and the home really exceeded our expectations. Karl and his team were very accommodating and understanding too! Thank you for everything!

We stayed for 3 nights as a big group and was perfect for our needs - kids play room, open plan kitchen dining, and Hot tub/Sauna being the highlight of the trip.

Lovely big rooms and loads of storage space. Fab hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay special.

There was no coffee and only a few tea bags. Nothing major, but the shower floods very close to the door in one of the ensuites.

Property was perfect for the family, kids room was a excellent for the kids. Hot tub and sauna was great to relax and unwind in.

Large, beautiful home! Lots of facilities included and plenty of space for cars. Karl was easily contactable and lots of information provided before the stay, including clear check-in instructions.
