The breakfast was nice came on a warmed plate. The room was clean and modern though the shower wasnt enough power and couldnt get the temp right. Either too hot or too cold. Tried turning another switch to see if it helped but it wouldnt turn!

There is off street parking but thrre was no spaces for us to park! It took.us 2 hour to find somewere! If the weather is nice and its peak season you are going to have a problem finding a space . There is a carpark nearby but you will.have to pay overnight and its pricey if you didnt already have it in your budget.

Great location, great breakfast, the ladies running the place were warm and friendly and made every effort to make sure that we had everything that we needed, we would stay again. The location was excellent for a great night sleep as quiet and remote yet a 2 minute walk to everywhere including the bus station with easy access to Scarborough and Bridlington and the shops and beach.

the heating in the room was not working but we were provided with a portable radiator which sorted that out straight away so after the first day was not a problem, a few little extras would be nice in the room like a box of tissues which we bought from a shop but overall an excellent stay

Everything the style was amazing different very unique quirky very unique very clean styles where amazing I didn't want to leave the bath was so deep was perfect I couldn't wait to get in it Breakfast was amazing I had pancakes 🥞 they were perfect They catered to everything lay rose's chocolate flowers strawberry even got alcohol free preseco made my birthday very special indeed thanks to my husband And the cuddles from the doggys topped it all

Excellent location right in the center of Filey. Staff were very friendly helpful and courteous. Our room was lovely and the mattress sumptuous to sleep on.

No where to park it was a nightmare but eventually found a long stay car park which was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast in pleasant room. Very friendly staff and nice bar for evening drinks.

No on-site parking, which wasn’t clear from the property description. We got the last parking space on the street. If we’d arrived during the afternoon, I doubt there would have been anywhere on the street to park.

The breakfast was as ordered and the breakfast area was very clean and unrushed. The couple who ran it were a pleasure.

Unfortunately Filey is a nightmare to park in but we did notice there was an area behind the hotel that maybe in future time be acquired by the hotel for said use

Brilliant stay, the staff were helpful and informative. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Tea/ coffee facilities were on hand. Lots of lighting within the room. On road parking able to get quite close. Breakfast plenty of choice and the English breakfast was divine.

Delicious breakfast, definitely good quality ingredients and plenty of choice. Really good fresh coffee. Really well located and close to the seafront.

Staff were lovely but seemed a touch disorganised at dinner - really excellent menu. I had a perfectly cooked rare to medium rib eye steak and the tomahawk pork chop was very moist and tasty. Scallop starter was yum.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, cozy environment and a cute little dog who is always happy to greet the guests :) Very comfortable accomodation and quiet too, even though is close to the beach/centre. Breakfast is made specially as your personal preference.

The whole experience was delightful in the Hotel and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was bright and comfortable and on the second day was cleaned with new towels. Very happy.

Nothing really everything was enjoyable.
