The bedroom and bathroom was exceptionally clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The breakfast offered a well stocked continental breakfast. I went for the English breakfast which was very good. The dining room was very impressive and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. The location was great, very close to the ferry from Ireland and I was grateful for a good place to rest after a long drive.

The television reception was poor and at times the hotel was a little noisy with people moving about and talking loudly. However, it soon settled down and I slept well. It would have been useful to know if the water from the bathroom sink was drinking water. Although there was tea and coffee facilities, there was no water available.

Lovely accommodating staff, went out of their way to help us check in and settle in. Exceptionally clean rooms, comfortable and the small details such as the usb sockets in the plugs (and a lot of sockets available!) were very useful. Excellent WiFi and the breakfast was also impressive, a good selection and all delicious. The whole complex was so pleasant, nestled away and welcoming.

The age of the room does slightly vary, one group had a slightly more modern room with a kitchenette and one had a room which was a bit more dated, but this did not take away any of the comfort at all.

Easy parking. Spotlessly clean everywher, Very quiet location but convenient for many facilities and easy access to the coast, Fishguard Harbour, town and other amenities. I booked a single room but the size of the room was more than adequate and very comfortable and the bathroom appeared new/nearly new. Excellent breakfast choices and plenty of everything, An extremely nice breakfast room with modern decor. Service friendly and excellent.

The coffee at breakfast was rather bitter and another brand might achieve better results.

The breakfast was amazing, I have never been to a hotel that offers cherries, blueberries and dates! Very friendly host. Free parking right outside our room was very much appreciated. Comfortable beds. Very quiet area.

Unfortunately we were woken up by the people above who were just walking around, they weren't particularly noisy but you could really hear them move about. Room could easily be updated by just putting some new photos/pictures up on the walls.

We were in a separate cottage, with kitchen, sitting room, and bathroom. There was ample parking space. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Price was among the most reasonable on our trip. Owner was friendly, with helpful suggestions on places to eat in town. We would have liked to have more time to stay there.

Nothing. If we had a longer stay, we might have found need for more cooking implements in kitchen, but things were fine for our short stay.

Small quiet pretty place, easy to find, plenty of free guest parking. Easy walk to Goodrick via walking track and short drive to the quaint villages of Fishguard-upper & lower. Our first floor room was small but clean and adequate for our needs. Tasty cold & cooked breaky options and good coffee. Friendly, easygoing hosts with good local knowledge and ready to have a chat-but not intrusive. Highly recommended.

It was mostly very good. Our room was a bit cramped. But no complaints at the price.

It was large enough for 3 to share, very clean, well decorated, the host waited up to greet us after we arrived on the 11pm ferry and the breakfast that was included was fabulous. All in all wonderful & sorry we didn’t have more time to spend there.

As we were 3 adults the bunk beds in the second, smaller room were possibly more suitable for children but other than that it more than met our requirements and it was great to have that second room.

Lovely guesthouse. We stayed in two rooms both having a double bed and separate room with bunkbeds. Rooms were warm, clean, comfy beds with facilities of a microwave, kettle, fridge with tea & coffee and the kids loved the hot chocolate. The owners were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with great selection and plenty 😋 of choices. There are great walking trails just outside to explore. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfy. Comfortable beds and nice sheets. Dining set was useful too. The garden area is good if you have a dog aswell. Good location with easy access to Goodwick, the ferry terminal and Fishguard.

Only disappointment was that I was expecting a, kitchenette area but we only had a microwave and minifridge. My in laws had stayed in room 13 and we were expecting the same facilities. Hopefully one of the dog friendly rooms has these facilities for future bookings. Also a blackout curtain for the door area would be a good idea as the safety light outside the entrance door is very bright at night. But overall we had a good stay

We had a family room - for 4 adults - it was perfect - much larger than expected & our daughters (25 & 20) weren’t compromised by the size of their beds - in truth we felt we had a double room with adjoining single that had single sized bunk beds. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more - the premises were exceptionally clean & breakfast was great - two of us had cooked breakfast & two of us had continental. It was a genuinely lovely experience - we were welcomed after our ferry arrived at 10pm, slept very well, & were made to feel welcome & special - thanks so much :-)
