Fantastic three nights spent here. Fab room, absolutely spotless, breakfast the best I have had for a long time and very hot (I do like my food hot). Everything you need is here. Nothing is too much trouble for Steph., the owner. You would have to go a long way to find someone as caring, friendly and kind as she is. I had a nasty fall on the last day and Steph even took the time to message me to check I had got home ok, having already offered me a pillow and paracetamol. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back! Thank you so much Steph x

Nothing. It was a perfect choice

We had a super warm welcome upon arrival and were promptly shown to our rooms, which were spotlessly clean. It was a little warm in our rooms. However, fans were provided, so they quickly cooled down, and we had a silent, pleasant nights sleep. My husband and I are vegan, and our host was more than accommodating when it came to breakfast, which was a very pleasant surprise. We were attending a wedding in the area and would highly recommend the Grove Barns for a stay. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

Steph was extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation is very spacious, immaculately clean and nicely furnished throughout. There was plenty of choice at breakfast which was all freshly prepared. The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. Would recommend the b and b to anyone.

The room was immaculate and comfortable . Business owner (can’t remember her name) was happy to help and friendly . She helped me when I broke. My shoe 5 minuets before I had to leave for a wedding . She went above and beyond.

The location was rather remote . But it was close to the wedding we were attending , so that can not be helped.

I enjoyed everything about this stay from the friendly conversation about arrival times I had before my stay to the enjoyable chats after breakfast, with Steph. The whole place is looked after and presented so nicely, the bed was SO comfortable, the room was just the right temperature and ordering breakfast the evening before was great. It was cosy yet spacious, friendly yet professional and so comforting to return to after a long day. Thank you!

The only tiny thing I would change would be to make the bathroom a little warmer, but I was too lazy to ask for help and I know if I had found Steph and asked for help she would have been there right away checking everything to make necessary adjustments.

We were both very happy with our stay at Grove Barn could not fault the place, the room was very comfortable and well equipped. The owners thought of evrything to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was very enjoyable and we felt nothing was too much trouble for Steph the owner, we will definitely be going back when we visit the area again.

If we didn't have Waze we would have had trouble finding the place, saying that once there we were very happy.

What a wonderful place Grove Barn is! Location is perfect for exploring but so quiet and set in lovely countryside. Everything was spotlessly clean, rooms thoughtfully decorated to a high spec and lots of choice at breakfast. Nice touches such as fresh flowers in dining area and chocolates in the room. Steph is so friendly, nothing too much trouble and she is a lovely host. Loved this place and would highly recommend

The accommodation was first class. Excellent standards of cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was delicious. Beautifully cooked and presented. The only hiccup was that in one of the rooms, my companions never fathomed how to alter the temperature on the shower, but that might be down to them.

We loved everything about this stay. The room , the location, the quality of care by our host, and the lovely breakfast we’re the best we have experienced. Our own outside space to relax was another bonus. We loved the fact that our host had time to share her knowledge of the area and places we might like to eat, and we felt most welcome. I will recommend this holiday venue to my friends and family.

Great eye for detail in the fresh decor, outstanding cleanliness, amazing breakfasts and nothing was too much trouble for hosts Steph and Alan who went every extra mile to make our stay special Would highly recommended this little gem in the idyllic rural location but just a few minutes drive to town.
