The location was excellent, right in the heart of town by the seafront. The apartment itself was spacious and the view was amazing. Looking forward to staying there again. The photos on the website doesn't do the apartment justice.

The TV was faulty, which made it inconvenient with 2 little kids. Luckily the weather was good so we didn't need it as much. The cleaning could be better, there were cobwebs on the chandeliers. Except for that the place was spotless and very clean.

The apartment was in a great location and beautifully presented. The host was excellent and responsive and happy to answer questions or offer recommendations. There was a generous amount of bedding for the flexible sleeping (day and sofa beds in addition to bedroom) which made it very comfortable for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the apartment was exceptional!

Easy to access key box. Excellent location, excellent views, excellent balcony. Well equipped kitchen. The flat is NOT on the fifth floor, that was a relief! The additional two floors are later additions at the rear of the building and do not add any floors/height to the existing apartments. A great apartment that I would certainly recommend.

My only concern with the key box was dropping the keys down the front of the building at least one floor! View at back is a bit grim - but that's the history of the building. Numerous H&S messages, "beware children and open windows", "radiator get hot", "water gets hot", etc. All valid but over the top a bit. While practically everything is nice and shiny, there are little things that let it down, e.g. kitchen sink needs a screwdriver taking to one of the taps and the facia replaced.

Location and view was great. Apartment itself is cossy.

The smell in the building entrance was terrible, someone had been smoking there for many years.

View and location are fantastic, very comfortable beds and duvets. Sofa well positioned and comfy. Nice balcony.

Location was excellent being perfectly located to access everything in Hastings

Outside of property being worked on so scaffolding is up. Would have been good to know before we got there. Lots of stairs to get to the property.

Lovely place looking out on the sea, just not enough for 6 adults x
