My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The facilities were excellent, especially the accessible and spacious room that perfectly accommodated my friend, who uses a wheelchair. We were also impressed by the food at the restaurant—everything was delicious and full of flavor both breakfast and dinner. The spa, steam room, and sauna were fantastic additions that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Although the room price is on the higher side, it is justified given the hotel's prime location. However, there were a couple of minor issues during our stay. On the second day, my friend wanted to use the pool before checkout, but it was still covered, even though the spa is advertised to open at 12 noon. This might be worth addressing, as some guests, particularly those with mobility or health concerns, may rely on access to these facilities, especially after long flights. Additionally, robes and slippers were not provided in the room by default; we had to request them, which may not be immediately clear to new guests. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a lovely stay and are grateful for the overall experience. We look forward to returning in the future!

Super cool to be guest of the day, thank you! It added something nice to routine business travel, and was excellent to be able to use the business center. The hotel is lovely and clean, and breakfast was excellent.

I forgot that you have to pay the full cab fare from the airport, which is actually quite expensive. Also there is no way to walk safely from the airport even though it's relatively close. This was all.

Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff, great executive level, pool, and snacks. Restaurant food was great and staff there were friendly. Room was super clean with great big towels and lots of soaps, robes, slippers, snacks, lighting and chairs. Very convenient for the Hotels/T5 bus. Safe area to walk around the hotel to stretch your legs.

The king size bed was way too hard. Felt like a mattress cover over a plywood box. The Welcome to Hilton T5 chocolate plane and fruit was a nice touch but it looked a bit tired like it had been out too long.

Everything! The lovely reception staff, Ayesha in particular was very welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was super. We were lucky enough to be given a free upgrade and enjoyed a coffee and biscuits in the executive lounge.

Nothing that could be changed but the location is rather odd, practically in an industrial estate. There's no pavement for pedestrians but probably when the hotel was built it was an assumption that everyone would use cars or taxis - but now in greener times, more people use public transport and need to walk from the bus.

Large, Comfortable & Clean Bedrooms. Very well sound proofed Bedrooms, even with planes flying overhead every few minutes, you couldn't hear them in the room. Very Tasty food. Great Location. Friendly Staff. Room Service was very quick. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The long queue at Reception when I arrived. It took over 20 minutes to reach the desk. More staff needed. The internal phone line to Room Service was very poor, as I could hardly hear the staff member talk it was very feint. I had to ring twice, as the first staff member put the phone down on me after he asked me for my room number. Maybe he couldn't hear me either??? The Coffee/Tea mugs in the room were too small, but luckily I had brought my own mug, as this seems to be the case in a lot of Hotels.

Staff at check-in were really friendly and helpful, straightforward with paying for the parking. The lobby area was big, clean and spacious. The rest of the hotel felt really clean and this extended to my room. Smoothie and chocolates in the room was a nice touch also. Unlike myself, I assume the majority of guests are travellers going via Heathrow Airport, this hotel would be a great start / finish to any holiday.

I'm not a fan of buffet breakfasts, wasn't made aware if I could have had anything cooked instead, perhaps not even an option. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly though and there were plenty of other choices.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. For a large modern hotel it was slow and not fast enough even to watch YouTube. They should have at least 100mb service and enough bandwidth to compensate for many residents.

We love the T5 Hilton! Have stayed with you many times now and have sometimes been lucky to receive a free upgrade - absolutely wonderful, thank you! Everything is perfect really, from the warm professional welcome by the reception staff, to our comfortable and spacious room, and then the superb breakfast, catering for all tastes. Even the machine coffee is great! We will be back! Your lovely hotel makes the start and finish of our holidays very special, thank you all.

Nothing - I don't eat toast myself but I have noticed other people struggling with the toast machine!!

I went for one night stay for my 40th birthday . We used the spa facilities . Simran at the spa was very welcoming and was very kind to allow us to stay more than 1/2 hr slot as per booking . It was a real treat . The Jaccuzi pool had so much pressure and just what we needed . Both sauna and steam room also was great . The ice room was not working at the time . Breakfast was ok - not much options for Halal Dining but with some sweet stuff like pancakes , pastries , butter and Jam and if you want savoury eggs , hash browns and beans . It was sufficient for both me and husband . ***We always used to go to the spa prior to the pandemic then it was out of order for years . I am so glad it’s back open now and we can’t wait for our next overnight getaway ***

I didn’t like the pillows and found them too soft . Hubby didn’t like the reception area playing Metallica music at 7 am . Don’t get us wrong we love this kind of music but just not first thing in the morning. We did pass our comments to the checkout team on the day .

Ashvina, who welcomed us, was First Class and checked us in quickly and efficiently allowing us early access to our room and, as an unexpected bonus, upgraded us to the Executive Level as “Guest Of The Day! This meant that we could enjoy the facilities of the Executive Lounge on the 4th Floor (well worth seeking out if you have the option - or the time) which had a great view of Windsor Castle courtesy of the telescope provided, as well as a variety of excellent snacks and beverages. We appreciated the proximity of the Hilton to Terminal 5 from which we had a flight leaving early the following morning (10 minutes on the bus or pre-booked transfer).

Booking us into a twin room instead of a double - but that was my fault because I did the booking!
