Location was fabulous for what we needed. We had a runway view room. Room was lovely. Big and airy and great view. Silent inside the room. (Soundproofed) Parking secure £18 for 24hrs but easy)

I had communication with the hotel after booking. They asked how we wanted the room making up (double or twin) They confirmed twin but they didn’t do this. Also they listed we had slippers as part of room but when we asked they initially said no until I went to the reception and showed them my booking. (We were planning on going to leisure club and didn’t pack sliders. Had to wear my trainers) no biggie but communication not great.

It was clean and comfortable and ok for one night.

It wasn’t as easy to get to with luggage as I had thought. We needed to take taxi both ways as no elevators at the metro close to hotel. Also the response to my initial request of even only 30 minutes earlier check-in was unlike I’ve ever received before. They noted that we may have to pay and also that we couldn’t leave luggage if we’re not at hotel. We were trying to make the most of one night in London and they weren’t trying to be helpful. The other thing was that the hallway to the rooms were extremely far from the elevators and the carpet wasn’t easy to roll suitcases through.

Very new and fresh, great location. Reception staff very friendly and were able to give us good advice with regards travel to the airport. The train station for Heathrow is directly across the road and free for all the terminals….. just a few minutes train ride away.

Great swimming pool but music too loud, sauna not working … barely 70oC. This might have been down to other guests leaving the door open in fairness to the hotel. There is no shower outside the sauna and steam room so despite signs asking patrons to shower before entering the pool dripping with sweat I saw no one showering. The restaurant / bar area was like the moon…… no atmosphere ! It’s not the sort of room you’d want to relax in unfortunately but there is a decent pub about 400 yds down the road.

This was my 3rd hotel in 1 week as I'm traveling on business. The cleanliness speaks high volume, the room looks like the very 1st day you arrive everyday! Thanks to my Housekeeping Attendant 2213 Kristina, she has a beautiful spirit. All amenities were replenished as needed daily. Front desk Naima was lovely, very pleasant and have me all the info I needed on arrival. I've already recommended Atrium, and I'd definitely book this hotel again, highly recommended! Thank you for a beautiful experience 🤗

Ahh the only thing I'd say is, I wish there were more food options on the menu and longer hours for room service.

Lovely rooms and good location

The double bed is very small

Breakfast good selection. Evening meals were excellent, comments to chef and the resteraunt staff. Rooms were immaculate. Reception staff went above and beyond to help. Location is perfect for underground so I did not have to drive all week.

Not enough staff on one evening in the restraunt, the woman was serving and taking care of everyone herself. I felt sorry for her. Coffee facility in morning should be available earlier, and better coffee please. A hotel manager was doing a tour with guests on morning of 18th August. He totally ignored the cleaning lady near reception like she was invisible, we don't like that elitist mysoginistic attitude anymore in this century, please show respect to your staff, it let my opinion down that your managers did not show your cleaners respect, he literally blanked her.

The property does have a pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a steam room included but these aren’t very well maintained - a little more care is needed. The room and the bathroom was clean though compared to the other areas. the person who checked us out at 5am was very friendly, smiling and chatty.

The room wasn’t spacious. It is beyond me though that they had everything glued down including the tissue box. I tried moving it so I could have the tissues next to me during the night and I realised then that everything including the hair drier are glued in place so you can use them still but not move them anywhere else. The staff that checked is in felt a bit like they were doing a job they hated.

I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserves one. Tip even if you dont have kids book the family room double plus 2 single beds the room is huge so much space and you can use the spare beds for laying things out cases etc. I hate hotels that have removed fridges or have the charging ones. Not here good small cold fridge with kids there is always something needing a fridge. Used the pool with kids the Spa person was so good and helpful and even gave me a life vest to use for my 2-year old fantastic service and the pool is so nice didnt use but hotub, sauna and steam room looked enticing. Lovely big flat smart TV. Hotel and room was so clean and staff really helpful (all). Beds comfortable and great soundproofing. Easy parking. Ugly exterior but I have to say even if I wasnt flying I would come here for a nice little break and use the Spa, pool etc and thats saying something for an airport hotel! Food is restaurant (dinner) was really good and nice menu.

If I had to pick anything it would be service in restaurant a bit disorganised and a bit slow and better pillows would be nice they are cheap foam.

Bright, clean and spacious hotel. Lots of open large areas. Staff were very friendly and everyone smiled. A calm and relaxing approach. I felt as though staff were actually genuinely interested in me and my comfort. It had the impressive image of a large corporate hotel but the friendly warmth of a B&B from staff. Thanks to Danny on reception for the upgrade when he heard about my travel disruption. The lovely executive room was just what I needed after so much travel upheaval. The food from the restaurant was tasty and staff were very attentive. Check in/out was fast and easy. Thank you for looking after me and your warm hospitality. Bonus ... Love the black out curtains under the heavy drapes. Just the job for daytime sleepers, great touch.

Nothing not to like.

Wow! How convenient! Literally right across from the Airport & Train to the terminals! Not taxi needed! Also I was able to walk a few mins passing beautiful pastures with horses to grab Fish & Chips from the Green Man Pub. Plus I walked over to the gas station for snacks and bottle of wine! The best part was the feeling of getting a “two for one” SPA day and hotel night deal! Swimming in their “galaxy glowing” pool by myself was so beautiful I cried tears of joy. This was EXACTLY what I needed before a long trip back to the states… and I will definitely return to this hotel when visiting London AFTER along journey back for more R&R! Loved the funky furniture and lounge areas! Staff was wonderful too! I give them 10 stars! (Photo is of hotel From “underground” tube/ train station entrance!)
