The owner of the property met me at the gate, to let my car in. She was very welcoming & relaxed. The room was spacious, light & airy, with beautiful country views out of the windows. Bathroom was superb, with one of the best showers I have ever used - a nice sized cubicle that contained all the splashing of water so you could relax. There was also a nice big bath if I had wanted to use that instead. Breakfast was continental style. Everything that you could have wanted (& more) was there & of a good quality. I had a big bowl of Muesli & a banana, oh & a couple of yoghurts. There was plenty of other stuff available also. I will definitely stay there again when I am in that area.

I would be being ultra picky to find a negative.

The room was immaculate and cosy, we felt at home straight away. The bed and linen was so comfortable we both slept well and enjoyed our breakfast and coffee. We also loved the bathroom with the elegant free standing bath and excellent products and scent. The host was really accommodating and took care of us after a long day of travelling, offering to drive us to the local pub for dinner which was delicious. It was the best place we stayed in on our long weekend and would recommend this property!

Everything was remarkable - size of the room, quality of bathroom, furniture and all.settings. The owner Jenny was very friendly and made me feel at home. The breakfast was also great. The fact that this wonderful place is some minor miles away from Hungerford does not at all matter considering how nice and wonderful this stay was. Thank you very much, 100 percent recommendable. Beautiful quiet location and lovely garden. Huge bedroom very tastefully furnished. Large, well equipped bathroom. Spotlessly clean throughout. Warm welcome from great host Jenny. Excellent in room facilities for drinks/breakfast and plenty of food for breakfast.

very nice rural B&B. Very kindly received by Jenny and her 2 dogs. We immediately felt at ease. Very spacious room with large bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchenette with refrigerator and coffee and tea making facilities. The breakfast was good and ready in the refrigerator. We stayed 2 nights and booked the same night for our trip in September. Bed was large and comfortable

The scenery was breathtaking, beautiful countryside walks. Super comfortable bed with crisp white linen and a luxurious bath to soak in, not forgetting a really good shower too . Great breakfast, cereals, croissants and granary bread with farm fresh butter, preserves and milk and quality coffee. Jenny is a lovely host, and very informative about the area and has created a really homely atmosphere within this beautiful cottage along with her two very friendly dogs. Really relaxing 😌

Location was out of this world although a little hard to get to, narrow roads and high hedges. Beautiful views from every window and very peaceful even the owls seemed to lull us to sleep with a hooting lullaby. Jenny is an excellent hostess and very accommodating. Even her dogs are lovely and very well behaved. Bed comfortable and bathroom luxurious with Neal's Yard Remedies hand wash and shower gel (Geranium and Orange)

PLEASE DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!

Jenny made us extremely welcome, she's a wonderful host. We loved the power shower and bath. The bed is extremely comfortable- like sleeping on a marshmallow. The nespresso coffee machine and milk frother are great. The location is fabulous-right out in the countryside but near enough to Hungerford town centre should you need to go.

The WiFi is hit and miss as it stretches from the house. This is clearly mentioned in the information in the room but good to know before you go if depending on it. Being unable to take our dog was unfortunate for us alhough we understand Jenny's reasoning. Those with mobility issues may need to re-think staying in this delightful house as the bedroom is up fairly steep stairs.

Jenny was a very nice lady, a lovely location, and a very clean and relaxed atmosphere. but I could not fault it, if you like dogs, there are two most adorable dogs you can meet

Jenny was most helpful and our one night stay was really comfortable. We had a spacious room with kithenette and a good sized bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast included a good selection and was more than enough for our needs. Will be happy to stay again.
