Very simple key code process. The apartment was absolutely stunning and very well equipped, spotlessly clean too. Beds and bedlinens excellent quality. Just one word of advice if you want to book the two-bedroom river view apartment - the photographs show a bath. If you really want a bath be sure to mention this as I didn't and the apartment was different to the one photographed and only had two showers. If you ask for a bath, I'm pretty sure they will make a note of this. We will return to this place if we visit Inverness again. it's only a short walk from the station and beautifully situated right overlooking the river. Not cheap but worth every penny. Staff very accommodating and helpful. 10/10 on all counts.

A spacious lovely apartment with a large balcony overlooking the river. The kitchen had a full complement of appliances, cookware and utensils. There were two full bathrooms and a large bedroom with comfortable bedding. We appreciated the washing machine, as we were visiting Scotland for a month. We had a reserved parking spot in the underground garage. The location allowed us to walk to numerous restaurants and shops.

We encountered an initial hitch when we arrived. We had not received our code to access the building, nor had our room number. An hour later we had the information we needed to enter our apartment.

We love the size and the spectacular river review from the balcony. The really huge balcony was a bonus. The whole apartment has many heaters which kept us warm. The apartment was very well-maintained and it was clean which was very important for us. Instructions to get into the secured carpark within the apartment block was clear but it took us going around twice to finally get into the carpark as it was dark and we couldn't really see the street names (not the host's fault). Overall, we love the apartment and it's spectacular river view. Thank you. Highly recommended for those visiting Inverness.

Nothing that we were dissatisfied with during our short stay in Inverness. If the host could improve on the following, the dray would have been 10/10. 1. Longer hose for bathtub. 2. Sandals for use at the balcony to enjoy the spectacular river view. 3. Cooking oil and other basic cooking condiments ... 4. Latest photos of the apartment and the exact photos of the apartment to be shown during booking instead of a few different apartments.

One of the cleanest, nicest and well setup properties for our trip. On the higher end and full of amenities. Great location, easy access to shops and cafe's. Parking was enclosed and secure. Overall, an excellent property, best of all places we stayed at in the two weeks we visited the England, Scotland and Wales. The host company contacted us the day before to confirm everything and to ensure we don't have any questions. Definitely recommend this property. Bonus: Fresh bottle (glass) of milk was in the fridge upon arrival.

Washer / dryer was very hard to figure out so had to hand dry. Not a big issue but may be some better instructions would be helpful.

There is nothing to not like! The room (307) is very pleasant and spacious. The view over the church to the river is beautiful and the location for exploring the area by car and on foot has been perfect. We have been able to save some money by going to M & S and buying groceries instead of eating out. The Australia dollar is worth half a pound so things seem quite expensive when you have to double the cost. After travelling the UK for almost 2 weeks, we also used the laundry.

The only tiny thing, is that there were no clothes pegs to use to hang the washing on the airer.

Lovely spacious apartment (210 ), it was spotless, kitchen well equip with everything you need and oven was spotless. Lovely touch with fresh milk in the fridge when we got into the apartment and plenty of choices of tea and coffee. Spacious bathroom with a powerfull shower and a big comfy double bed in the bedroom Good size tv's in living room and in the bedroom.

Wifi was very poor, i checked in with the guest wifi but as soon as you step out of the living room to go to the kitchen or the hall way or bedroom you lose the wifi and you need to go back to the living room to connect to the wifi. Coverage in most of Inverness is like a third world country -- piss poor Parking charge of £15.00 a day is a rip off, i got to rose street multi story car park on the 23/03/24 at 11.15am and i left there on 25/03/24 at 14.30pm and i paid £18.00 for just over 2 days of parking

The apartment was beautiful and spacious and well-equipped. We stayed in a one-bedroom one and a half bath unit with a partial view. The hosts had thought of everything: an assortment of teas and coffee, milk in the fridge, kitchen ware, hair dryer, toiletries, bathrobes, a washer/dryer, and a coat rack next to the front door with an umbrella. Our biggest surprise was that we returned from our day's outing to find our dishes washed and our bed made. Amazing! The location is absolutely perfect. You're right on the river near shops, restaurants, and a big Tesco store and the Inverness Museum, Inverness Cathedral and the train station are a very short walk away. We liked it so much that we would consider buying one of these units if they were for sale.

Amazing view, staff was so polite, the kitchen was beautifully stocked, and there even were two bathrooms instead of one? Incredible. Genuinely the best money I have spent in 2023. 10/10 and I am honestly considering a return to a Mansley apartment in the future if this is how high quality they are.

The nice staff provides each fridge with fresh milk and it was so nice!! We just did not realize it was a gift and were worried we had the wrong room. Genuinely was a very nice gift and I am a big fan of it, but I just wished a little heads up about it was provided. It really was just a surprise to find in the fridge, haha, but no worries. I hope it continues.

The apartment had great views of the river with a great balcony and outdoor space. We loved the location and the apartment. Once we found it, it was easy to check in and get in and out. The apartment had great space and all of the extras that we would need. We would definitely stay there again and was perfect for our family. Extremely clean and well set up.

It was hard to find the apartment and parking was almost impossible. The garage has a height restriction which is lower than most garages, so we had to find public parking. Getting to the apartment was stressful, once we were there, it was great!

I am fussy about cleanliness and I thought it was very clean, and the kitchen layout was perfect. I loved the Templespa bathroom liquids. I usually use my own, but when I saw the Templespa brand, I used those. It was nice to have hand lotions as well. The apartment smelt really clean too. The view was lovely, even though a restricted view of the river, we did see it. The dishwasher was a great dishwasher too, and very handy. We had a bit of trouble using the apartment door access, but the gentleman who answered our call was able to solve it for us very quickly. Parking option is great, and the location is fabulous. We really. hope to be back on a longer trip next time.

The bed was VERY comfortable, but i had forgotten to take my own pillow and found these were too high for me, Truly it is really hard to find anything to complain about, all I could suggest is pillows with two different thicknesses, but really the whole set up was so comfortable.
