Lovely stylish but simple decor in the room with everything in the right place. Simple colours and carefully chosen furniture giving it a fresh and different feel to more conventional hotels. The staff were helpful and friendly, the bar was 24 hours open and the bar/lounge/reception and dining area was one large continuum of cool vibe and style. I really liked the contrast to other more bland, traditional and/or tacky hotels. Reviving you while you stay with an exquisitely well thought through interior design. Not in your face but pleasing, refined and sophisticated. I slept really well on an enormous and comfortable bed. This hotel is perfect for all transport links to get out and beyond Inverness and downtown for CS all the attractions in town too. Really loved it.

When tired and in a new room it’s hard to work out the light fittings and location of every light switch in a room. It took me about 10 minutes to work out how to switch all the room lights off. I could her someone upstairs stomping around, which annoyed me a little, but that was perhaps my only picky point.

Location excellent, right in the town centre. Receptionist very good, pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Room nice and warm with a radiator, which is very nice in winter time as you can warm items of clothing

Coffees etc in rooms a bit stingy, but excellent reception lady very kindly brought some up to my room. Breakfast was a disappointment; I had the full Scottish which on the plus side had generous portions. Unfortunately bacon was horrible, comprised of mulptple rashers fried on top of each other with nasty white creamy stuff in between, while the tomatoes were equally unpleasant, perhaps fried in old oil. On the plus side the egg and sausages were good. However, I won't be having breakfast there again

Excellent location, allows you to walk to all corners of the city and has the advantage of being 300 meters from the tour starting area, leaving early in the morning is a huge advantage. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a distance of 200 meters

There was a police problem at the hotel during the night which caused a lot of noise but was handled impeccably by the Police and allowed us to sleep for the rest of the night. In a city like Inverness it was good for the stay that the heating was isolated from the card's electrical system. Coming to your room after a day of sightseeing, with a temperature of 3 degrees and finding the room cold is bad.

The location of the hotel is perfect, a 1-minute walk from Inverness bus station so it was really easy to access public transport to get around the sights I wanted to see from here -- Culloden, Brodie, Loch Ness etc. The B&B Hotel staff were really kind and attentive, from the lovely lady who helped me get organised at breakfast to the very kind bearded gentleman at reception who showed empathy when I ran into a delay on the day of checkout. The breakfast was nice, the hotel uses fresh local meat and the bacon was probably the best I've tasted. The room was nice and satisfactorily clean, TV was working, good lighting options. Only thing I would flag for improvement is that fresh coffee (instead of machine made) at breakfast would be nice, but the 6:30am coffee run was also part of the experience. 😊

it was great to be able to have great meal in the same venue. they have excellent lounge areas around the bar and restaurant area, even a playstation that is available for guests to play, as well as snooker. they have obviously gone out of their way to make this a "hip and happening" type of place, with trendy touches to furnishing and decor in the public areas and the room. the room i had was a very spacious room with a double bed, easy chair, desk top and seat, a lovely bathroom and quirky lamp and picture hanging s. really nice not to be the bland and basic room sometimes seen. friendly helpful staff who took my baggage early in the day and stored it until i checked in.

The room was extremely comfortable, with a huge bed. The breakfast was excellent, and my husband particularly enjoyed the cooked breakfast buffet, which had many choices. The location, in the heart of Inverness made it easy to where we wanted to go and there are lots of eating and drinking options right on the doorstep.

Our bathroom was a little tired, and there was only 1 set of towels in the bathroom, we had to hunt to find the second set, which was under the coat rack, so it was not easy to find. Also, there was only one comfortable chair and a small stool.

The rooms are quite spacious, very comfortable. So are the beds Breakfast is amazing, with lots of of options Reliable wifi Staff was kind and nice and willing to help, which I appreciated since I arrived really late and with kids that needed to rest very badly

While the location is very close to city center, parking in that area is simply impossible, especially if you arrive late at night. After one hour roaming around trying to, I had to leave my car in some mall parking lot and I ended up getting a ticket Quite pricey, but just like everything in Inverness

Our stay was exceptional, marked by a wonderful shower and lovely staff. We were in room 409 and enjoyed delicious room service, delivered by friendly women. After a tiring journey due to a family crisis, we were truly grateful for the meal. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to enjoying the bar area when I'm feeling more rested. Next time , Thank you!

The hotel was perfect for our two-night stay.

The room was very comfortable with plenty of windows and light.

Check-out was unsatisfactory because apparently the luggage room was full and could not take any more luggage - this inconvenienced many guests. This must happen EVERY day and yet management is doing nothing about it. Also, due to the weather, trains/ buses were cancelled which meant my arrival a day late. Hotel staff had no way of dealing with this because I had booked through a 'third party' - so bad luck for me.

This is a great & accessible property. Nearby Victoria market, major attractions and at just 5 mins from Inverness railway station. My pickup point for the highlands trip was at 4 mins walking distance from here. Had dinner & drinks in evening and the Salmon fillet tasted good. Ambiance of dining area & bar was nice. Room was quite spacious and had all the amenities and perfectly working heating & electricals. It was a steal deal at this price and with such facilities.
