this property was fantastic and the whole process from start to finish was very straightforward. The host was very accommodating and made sure we were okay everything you need and more was provided at this property and the high quality finishing touches and appliances and furniture made everything extra special the bed was very very comfortable and the apartment was very well so improved. It was hard to believe we were in the city centre. The apartment is very cleverly designed with ample space and storage it was also very quirky. We really cannot think of anything that was negative about this apartment or our stay even as we were leaving the cleaning staff were we’re very polite and greeted us. There was a handy instruction manual left in the apartment covering every aspect of how to operate things in the apartments but it also has a detailed list of local stores and shops and florists which was also very useful I would definitely recommend the apartments at Truman Court to any friends and family who are thinking of staying in Liverpool and I would personally definitely use it again. A lot of thought and consideration has clearly gone into the designing and planning with the customer as the main focus well done.

I would go back in a heartbeat! All 3 of us just really enjoyed our 2 apartments (The Box) that we stayed in. It was so comfortable, clean, unique, spacious, and had every amenity we could ask for (beds and bedding were awesome).The Staff member who met us at the property and provided an overview of everything was so kind and helpful, and was available via messaging if we had any questions. The location was everything...so close to every attraction that we wanted to see. We were able to walk home at night from the theatre, museums, art gallery etc. ....and the food...there were so many great places to eat, we loved the food in Liverpool! Thanks for a wonderful stay, we hope to return next year from Canada :)

LOcation is perfect. Best pub in Liverpool (if you like real ale) round the corner, museum and the library is a great place to work - all on the doorstep. Flat was immaculately clean and looked brand new. Everything worked. Do be aware that the basemanet flats have ilimited windows so - if you are staygn for a while - you might want to take an upper room. I had a couple of queries (I messed up the safe by not reading the instructions properly) - support by text or phone was quick and super helpful. The guys came and reset the safe immediately. First class all round.

The apartment was so spacious, great amenities and the staff are helpful and accommodating. The apartment are clean and their towels are clean and new as well. Location wise are great, 10 mins walk from station and 11 min walk to the centre. Easy access to the room since they uses flexipass app to access. Their staff was kind enough and accommodating to us as they let us stay passed check out time and wait while we pray in the room. I believe one of their staff was kind enough to offer us for any help when he saw that we’re a bit struggling to call an uber.

I really enjoyed our stay here so there is nothing negative to comment.

I was wary of the mobile app and it would work but I was impressed with it all and the ease of using it. Was very comfortable and my partner enjoyed herself too. Room was fabulous. Will be booking again in future. 👍👍👍

Location is quiet and within very easy walking distance from the town centre. Free parking overnight on the road outside a bonus too and a cheap car park very close by for the rest of the time. The apartment is lovely. Very comfortable and well set out with nice interior design. Very comfy bed, 2 great nights sleep. Great communication from the owner.

Luck of the drawer who is above you. We were unfortunate enough to have people who stomped around constantly from 6.30am and up to almost midnight and a child who persisted in kicking the floor as hard as he could (so our ceiling). These things can't be helped but spoilt our first evening/morning. We liked the bed idea but it is just a mattress in the floor so could be hard to get up/in and out of. Shower was pitiful. Needs an upgrade, not in keeping with the rest of the luxury. Shame.

Great location, close to Lime Street Station, walking distance to the centre of town and the riverside. While close to town life the location itself was totally quiet. The caretaker was on site, very friendly and helpful. Attended to our queries and requests very promptly.

The building was accessed by an app you had to download. For some reason it gave up half way through our stay, an on-site employee was able to solve the problem quickly. I can imagine that for many (older?) people additional apps are just a hassle.

The location is great. The place is very contemporary and well decorated. The beds are low but very comfortable and the linen is beautiful- high quality. Tea and coffee and biscuits, plus nice toiletries, were left for us. The landlord was very helpful.

The main problem is the curtains don’t join properly (30cm gap) so a good bit of street light comes in. Privacy between the 2 bedrooms could be an issue as sounds would carry freely as there are no doors just different levels. (That was not a problem for us but might be for some groups.)

The apartment was spotless and well decorated. A well equipped kitchen area, which was very clean. Located a short walk from the city centre. Would definitely return.

Great location, very much walkable to the central locations. Extremely modern and clean flat with kitchen. Comfortable sofa, good shower, really perfect flat for a city break.

The ceiling is a bit low for the upstairs mezzanine bed. Fine for kids, but for most adults you just need to be a bit cautious not to stand up too quick and bang your head! Hard to remember if you wake up in the middle of the night :) this is a minor point.
