Best location possible. If you’re travelling to Liverpool by train, hotel is just opposite the train station. Hotel is also just outside Liverpool’s pedestrian area with all shopping centres, restaurants, bars, etc. Very convenient to place shopping bags during the day and for some rest when needed without the hassle to travel to and fro the centre area. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were brilliant. If you’re also travelling to Cheshire Oaks designer outlet, the bus stop (Whitechapel SD) is just a 5 minute walk away. Brilliant hotel - will stay there whenever in Liverpool.

Hotel is a very short walk away from the train station and right next to the bus station. The room is very clean. Breakfast spread was simple but sufficient. Love having sparkling water which was found next to the entrance before and after return to the hotel. Mariam from the reception is exceptionally patient and helpful and really make the check in very pleasant.

We gave a feedback to the staff about the shower water pressure and the thermostat. The water temperature was inconsistent; very cold and suddenly hot, making showering really unpleasant. The maintenance staff went to check but were to resolve the situation. The pillows are too soft.

The location was fantastic, couple of minutes walk from Lime street station. The reception staff were very welcoming, and helpful. We were allocated a family room on the top floor, the room was very spacious and cleaned to a high standard. The beds were comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. The room had lots of amenities Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle with a selection of teabags and coffee, cans of spring water and an ice bucket. There was an ice machine located on the corridor. Checkout was at 12 however our train was not until 5pm they had a secure room where we could keep our luggage. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely use again.

The breakfast was nice with a good selection of food (although as expected for a hotel) and the pastries were especially nice and fresh. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is in a very handy location and all staff were really friendly.

The only thing wrong was the price which was 3x the price on the day I stayed than on the day I booked, and cost more than the ticket to the gig I was going to see. I know all hotels do that and it's just business, but it's not nice feeling a bit ripped off and takes the shine off the whole event. It's twice the price of my monthly rent!

The location allows you to get around easily. It’s also very close to the train station if you are traveling by train to Liverpool. The staffs were always happy to help us. Very nice, clean, and comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, the toilet didn’t flush properly have to flush it a few times. For breakfast, there were many choices for you to choose from. But the tables and chairs, most of them always have some bread crumbs and the cutlery or cups on the tables, there always were something missing. I think they should clean it and make sure they are set up properly before letting the hotel guests sit there :(

The room was great with everything I needed and comfortable desk area to sit at whilst working, everything was tidy, clean and in great condition. The location is perfect, 2 minutes away from Liverpool Lime Street Station and great views, the staff were super professional and helpful, room service was quick and really good quality. A fantastic stay, I would stay again

The internet was very slow until you signed into the Marriott app, which was free and sped the internet up so it was useable.

The room was extremely spacious with 2 double beds. The linen and towels were pristine. The lighting was very good. The door key was simple and efficient and all the staff reception, restaurant and breakfast room were helpful and friendly.

There was a Lound thrombin noise on the room which we thought was maybe caus3d by the air conditioning and heating faciliry

A lovely, warm, cosy hotel... had a brilliant few days with the family. All staff were lovely, esp both guys at breakfast we had this week. Lovely lil bar in hotel. Nice and cosy also. Staff at bar very nice. Cant wait to return. My son used the gym and he loved it.esp on wet days it passed time for him. Food was amazing in hotel. Great location the hotel is in, minutes walk from everywhere.

Nothing really, just a Pity no swimming pool,esp with the price of hotel.

The location is perfect, it is right in the center near the central station 15 minutes walk from the docks. The room was clean large and had a comfort sitting place a working table and a good Wifi connection.

The furniture were and room staffing's are old and need renovation. The mattress lost its shape and was uncomfortable. There were no USB ports for charging electronics. The coffee machine included just an electric kettle and very basic instant coffee powder. The bathroom hose was broken and slipped from the strong stream to a weaker stream. The room was very expensive and there was no possibility for a free cancellation.

Great location for us staying as a family as my child was in a show at the Empire. Felt safe and the staff particularly one person working in the bar was super friendly and helpful. Room was really comfortable and clean and was no noise whatsoever from outside or from other rooms. Great location and the carpark so close was great value also. Will definitely stay here again.
