The property was clean and well kept! The rooms had kettle tea/coffee etc. The room was a great size with a nice big window and a decent shower. Breakfast was included and was really yummy, fab value for money. Can’t complain!

I’d like more of a range for breakfast with maybe some pastries but certainly didn’t go hungry and the food we did have was delicious !

The room was small but cosy and perfectly clean. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of pillows. Staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly and polite. They helped me charge my phone when I was panicking about my train home and were really kind. The breakfast is a 10/10 for me and the bar has some great beers on tap which I was able to drink outside in the sunshine. As a solo female traveller, I felt really safe, secure and comfortable during my stay there. I would recommend!

The rooms are showing some signs of wear and tear. Nothing major and they're still lovely but the bathrooms in particular have a few damp stains and chipped paint. I don't care but if you're someone who's picky, you might find fault there.

We thought the location was great- shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Great on-site bar and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was was warm, well furnished and a good size; the hotel was great value for money and included a lovely breakfast

Breakfasr was beautiful.. location great .. room did all it needed to .. all staff i met .. were most helpful and polite ..

Needed a way to keep my sash window ooen .. but put a shoe in it which worked .. but the place is fab

This is our fifth stay and it suits all our needs. A good price which included breakfast. Easy to book via Booking .com and will be on our list when we visit llandudno within the next few weeks. Our stay at The Posthouse was a very important part of our enjoyable stay in the town.

It's so easy to nit-pick but the stay was lovely and comfortable. Maybe the tea served for breakfast could have been a little hotter. Our check-out was straight forward by just leaving our room key at reception in a pot. Just thinking if anyone could take the key and go into the room without reception knowing. Just a thought, as there are some untrustworthy people around.

My wife and I held our wedding reception here yesterday and stayed over 2 nights. George and his staff were so accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Helping us with seating plans and decor. Special mention for George and Ellie (hope spelt correctly) as they really went the extra mile for us, as did Paul & Rachel from Cheungs who did our main meal, desserts and buffet which we highly recommend. Good choice at breakfast, tasty and plentiful. We would highly recommend anyone to hold a function here. Thank you very much to the post house.

It’s our 3rd time here, we like it as it’s in a great spot for everything. Staff are always great.

all the staff were very friendly and helpful . The rooms are dated but this comes with the territory as the building is an old post office site which has not got a lift to the upper floors .If you know this before you go then it should not be a problem.The breakfast is excellent the room is really nice and the bar area is also excellent with a great choice of beers. The location is great ,off the seafront but close to the pier and at the bottom of the great Orme.

every thing was fine. we travelled with our grandchildren and they loved it.

"Good base for exploring Llandudno" ! Things that were good ... 1. Friendly and helpful staff 2 . A good cooked breakfast 3. Very powerful/ hot shower 🛀 4 . Good location , close to town centre/ restaurants/ bars etc A short walk ( 5 mins ) to Llandudno Pier . 5. Ensuite bathrooms

1. Ensuite bathroom was tiny , (although shower was fantastic, being a 6ft 4 individual the shower cubicle however was on the small side . 2. No blinds/ or voile panels up at bedroom window , so the opposite bedroom window could see straight in You do not wish to have your curtains closed in the middle of the afternoon, on as warm summers day really. Some sort of blind would definitely offer more privacy . 3. Although in general the facilties were acceptable I would possibly ask to stay in another room if I was to return to the PostHouse due to the experiences mentioned.

Location great, staff friendly. Great having a well stocked bar on site too 👍

Room we stayed in was tired and in need of some improvements. Not great when you have to start plugging in extension leads to put a lamp on or charge your phone? Pipe on shower was cracked and under sink leaked. Windows were single glazed and full of mould and condensed aswell as freezing. Shame really as the staff were lovely and looked after our needs at breakfast and in the evening. Just the rooms need a bit of tlc?
