Beds are really comfy, hosts are super friendly and can't do enough for you , breakfast choice and quality I could not fault, especially the sausages & bacon both for which taste way better than anything I can get hold of. I shall miss my full Welsh breakfast . Location is amazing, right on the promenade and a stones throw from the pier. I would say try and book direct as you may be able to obtain one of the few parking permits they have too which you'll be grateful you did. Nice honesty box in the communal large lounge downstairs for snacks or drinks at very good prices. One thing to be aware of is Stairs... In Hen Dy's defence there's absolutely nothing they can do to remedy that and to be fair to them the first floor with hindsight would be my future choice. They did contact prior to mention this, also offered to take bags up for us so this is by no means a fault persay as they'll do everything they can to help, more of a " if you have mobility issues take their advice if they mention it" comment. The above also by no means takes away what a lovely B&B this is and wouldn't prevent me from coming back in the future as it's a little gem in prime location with great owners.

Breakfast was superb, a great continental selection and then a good choice of cooked items which they were only too happy to mix and match, even going out of their way to source 'Meat Free' sausages ready for my stay. The whole place was really, really clean. It's situated about 2 minutes from the Pier and beach which was superb and we had a room at the front with a sea view which my granddaughter loved. The room was spotless and had a large TV which we were able to watch Netflix, Prime etc on.

Excellent freshly cooked breakfast, served piping hot. Great easy to operate shower. The use of a cooling fan and an additional fan heater. Lovely sea front view. Ideal location short walk to all amenities, i.e. promenade, various eating places, shops, attractions. Quietness of whole house, all doors were soft closing, so no annoying or sudden unexpected banging to disturb the peace and quiet.

.Nothing, just a small gripe - remember to take your own bottled water, shampoo/conditioner as they are not supplied in the room.

We were greeted by Ian who collected our bags and took them up the three flights of stairs to our room. Given that this was November and the end of the main tourist season the room looked cosy, clean and tidy. The bespoke wallpaper and contemporary fitments very all in pristine condition as was the en-suite bathroom with shower. The window had a perfect view over Llandudno Bay, the 'Little Orme and the Promenade. Parking was on the street and was free after 4pm until 10.00 am at this time of the year. The welcoming, bright, Breakfast room was down a flight of stairs from the reception. The continental buffet was laid out nicely and Tracy was extremely pleasant and efficient in keeping it stocked and taking ur orders. The loungs, off the entrance corridor is again tastefully decorated with a range of comfortable chairs and sofas. Their are a selection of boxed board games and books available. Their is also an honesty bar with a good selection of popular drinks available. This is a gem and we hope to return again in 2024. Thank you Ian and Tracy for being such excellent hosts.

The climb up the stairs could be a challenge for some guest but we thought it was worth every step for the view from the window. I suppose parking could be an issue during peak times. Every thing else was truly excellent.

Gorgeous rooms in a great location. Staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were beautifully presented and the breakfast had a great selection and hot food made fresh. My family are all vegetarians and although they don’t usually provide it, the staff had bought vegetarian sausages just for us which was so kind! Great value especially for a fantastic location. No parking was readily available but The hotel provided plenty of advance notice in order to make arrangements.

Great location. Beautifully clean and comfortable, Great choices for breakfast all delightful. Lots of unexpected extras, like the radox in the bathroom which was brilliant for my aching legs 😀. Also the honesty bar in the lounge area really good idea. Tracey was a delightful host, we didn't get to meet Ian I think he was very busy cooking up the delights from the kitchen. Brilliant place to stay. thank you

What a lovely B&B the Hen Dy is . A warm welcome. We were asked to message the night before to see if our room was ready to check in early ,it was and we were able to check-in at 11am. The room was big enough for us two . Bathroom a bit dated but loads of hot water for a shower or bath . We had room 8 ,it does have a fire escape outside but wasn't an issue. The hotel is spotless we loved it . Room had tea,coffee, milk ,lots of soap shampoo etc. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, full Welsh breakfast ,cereals, juices fruit ,toast all served perfect. The location is right on the sea front, limited parking but we just parked round the corner and walked. Within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely guest house in a great location, close to all amenities, very friendly welcome from the hosts Ian and Tracey who could not be more helpful. We had a great size triple room with mountain view & ensuite bathroom. The accommodation was very clean and well kept throughout. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and with lots of different choices. We will definitely be returning and can highly recommend.

This place is a little gem as are the owners, Tracey & Ian, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were celebrating our Ruby wedding anniversary and all the little touches; anniversary card & balloons in our room, warmest of greetings at breakfast and setting our table with anniversary banners made it such a memorable occasion. We had booked room 3 with bay window and all I can say is "Wow!!" One of the best views we've ever encountered in all our stays in Llandudno and there have been many! The room was lovely, bright with up to date decor and the bed so comfy. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawer storage. Great shower too which was huge! Breakfast was at allotted times so be sure to pick a slot that suits you before you go. Everything was cooked fresh and good quality with good choice. My husband didn't fancy tea or coffee but was offered alternatives inc; hot chocolate. Didn't feel rushed and we were asked several times if we would like anything else; more toast, drinks, etc. Location couldn't be better! Opposite prom & pier and close to the main shopping street, bars and restaurants. The owners were hands on and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. So thank you Tracey & Ian for a lovely stay! No parking as such but there is on street parking (payable unless you have blue badge). You can load and unload outside hotel and in fairness parking or lack of it is common with seafront establishments in Llandudno. It certainly wouldn't deter us from booking here again!
