The location is so easy to find via Tube because it was so close to the train station. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the view was absolutely amazing, it was our wedding anniversary and we asked the Hotel if we could have a room with the view of Tower of London, and they made that possible for us and also free drinks. i absolutely love that the Hotel had 24hrs food service, being London and their is so much sight seeing to do, it was nice having to come back late at night and order food and sit in their beautiful lounges, love it.

The rooms feature a very large bed and a great window. Checking in with the app was super simple, and it's nice you get to keep the card for a next stay. Generally, the rooms were smaller than others but incredibly thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage solutions. All round a neat stay.

The air-conditioning wasn't working accordingly, or rather, didn't do much to the room temperature. I set it to the lowest possible 18° through the ipad, but even then, there was no change in temperature. It got rather warm that night.

Amazing location for our visit to The Tower and The Gunpowder Plot experience. Lots of resturants in walking distance. Great view of the tower. Great hi tech hotel! Comfortable bed.

It is a shame there are no tea and coffee making facilities but didn't affect our stay. The bed is huge, however the quilt is slightly smaller than the bed.

This hotel is by far one of our favorites EVER! The location sits over the underground and makes it incredibly convenient to reach areas throughout London. The rooms are clean and while small, offer lots of storage space. The hotel itself is decorated in a Modern British decor that fascinates! There is a bar and coffee shop with both food and drink selections. The staff at the hotel was incredible and even arranged for laundry services for us. They went above and beyond to ensure a great experience for us while visiting London. (Side note: there is a food truck outside, No99 Tower Hill Tram, that offers burgers, hotdogs, ice cream and beverages late into the night after other places have closed - get yourself a Cheeseburger with onions and burger sauce! We had several during our week!)

Modern thinking on how a hotel stay should be. Another way of utilizing room space. I liked the bed near the windows, brings me close to the nice city view, instead of walls. I loved the colorful design of the shower and toilet cabin!!! The colors shine also in the room, making it like a room in a space shuttle! And the tablet with control of the lights, window curtains, and TV, with special programs on the TV! I am nicely surprised. In the lobby bar counter: interesting food offered, not some simple things. Vibe that you may meet and talk with others. Cowork space, as you need to do your work on a laptop. Park in front of the hotel, with curious squirrel. Great views from the room.

I did not get to see the skybar. As in most hotels and businesses, this hotel had limited services, the skybar was not open. And for a person who used Christmas holidays to visit another land, Christmas day was quite empty.

The hotel is in a great location, just above Tower Hill tube station, with views of the Tower of London, the Shard and other nearby attractions. You can check-in at the hotel independently and you can choose the view from the room at no additional cost. Clearly the best views are of the Tower of London, you won't even want to close the blinds at night. On the ground floor there is a bar and many corners like in the living room, and on the upper floor there is also a bar with a wonderful view and cocktails. You control everything in the room with a tablet, and you can also check out of the hotel independently when you leave. I would choose this hotel again and I assume that the others from this chain are of the same quality. The rooms are very clean and modern, comfort is guaranteed.

gorgeous hotel! the rooms are definitely on the smaller side — but gorgeous, clean, and functional. being able to control your room with your phone was super convenient and fun, as was the self check in. great hangout areas in the lobby and rooftop bar! wonderful service, everyone was nice but not too stuffy, it felt very welcoming. we actually liked it so much that we changed our booking for a scheduled trip to be in their citizenm hotel as well!

rooms really are very small. if you're not planning on staying in there for too long, they're fine. we hung out at the lobby and rooftop bar and also enjoyed our time in London. the only thing that was truly sad is the fact that there's no kettle in the room, nor any tea, coffee or similar and that you have to pay for those drinks at the bar/canteen. there should be a way to get tea and coffee for free as you do in other hotels, paying for them to warm up tap water is a bit of a Meh.

Super central location right next to (like on top of) the Tower Hill tube station. The hotel is safe and surprisingly quiet considering how many people there staying nightly and the very central location. It's directly across from the Tower of London and walking distance from multiple attractions and points of interest. My room had an amazing view of the Tower of London and the London skyline, beautiful in both the day and night, which was a big highlight of my stay. I really appreciated the blackout blinds, and the refrigerator was generously sized for the economical use of room space. The staff really make the stay great. They were attentive without being intrusive and ready to answer questions and accommodate requests.

The room was a bit dusty and not totally clean when I checked in. I suspect that there aren't quite enough housekeeping staff to keep up with the high rate of guest turnover in the hotel. On the warmest day of my stay, the air conditioning struggled to bring the temperature down until late in the night.

The views from the rooftop are phenomenal. All the common areas are spacious and fun. The food possibilities at anytime was very convenient because the Tower Side of town shuts down early. Loved the space age simplicity and storage savvy in the room. Light controls are really fun. The location was super.

The location was outstanding. Right next to the underground and in walking distance of every thing we wanted to do. The staff were friendly and courteous. We loved the vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The room decor was fabulous and although tiny we were quite comfy. It was nice and quiet at night.

Nothing. All was good. The only problem we had was the check in procedure was new to us. It was like a self check at the grocery store. A little cold and unwelcoming when you arrive when you normally expect staff to welcome and greet you. The system had our name backward - and kept telling us our reservation did not exist which was concerning as we were entering our name correctly. But there was a hotel staff who came to assist and figured the issue out.
