the value for the location of the hotel was incredible, just a 10 min walk from the tube. the facilities were great, and the breakfast was nice, really good value and they cook it fresh there and then. I'm nor sure the name of the member of staff that was working there on the day we checked out but she was responsible for breakfast and the reception desk by herself and was working incredibly hard.

the room itself was quite small and very hot, but you could open the windows to let cool air in. although check out time wasn't until 11, the cleaners were in the corridor cleaning other rooms from 9am so was difficult to sleep in.

Hotel location is good for me, There is a Morrisons store 200 yards behind the epsilon, with one hour of free parking whilst you get the things you forgot to pack. I tend to use the hotel bar, read my newspapers and enjoy the buy three get four deal. On my second night, it transpired that it was one of the brothers birthday, so the staff gave him a mini party complete with lots of photos laughter and cake. I was offered some, it looked lovely, sadly I had to refuse as Amstel lager and cake don`t mix too well. The staff are wonderful folks, all that`s needed from guests is politeness and a smile. And you will be treated as a friend. And lastly the price. I doubt you will find better accommodation for the money, don`t forget this is London.

Nothing really. It`s my hotel of choice. Please see the above comments, this is a difficult question, trying to fill in in an answer required by Bookings. At last the green line, thank you Bookings for a complete waste of my time. I have nothing to dislike about this hotel. this question should have let me say NO and exit.

Good hotel. Clean. Good location. Staff were polite and friendly. Good price. We went by train rather than pay the £17 overnight parking. Didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Just a bit noisy from street noise when you have a room overlooking the main road.

Excellent value for money, great location for transport links as well as for shopping or getting something to eat, and very helpful and professional staff. The location is excellent, it being 2 minutes walk from a large Morrison's supermarket, 4 minutes from the Stratford Centre shopping mall, 5 minutes from Stratford station which is on multiple lines, and 8 minutes from the Westfield shopping centre. Plus there is a bus stop about 20 metres from the hotel. It is also of course very close to West Ham United's London Stadium (The former Olympic Stadium). The hotel is ideally positioned for taking the DLR train to any and all Docklands locations, a short 10 to 30 minute ride depending on which part of Docklands you are going to. And then in the other direction is a similar distance on the Central Line or Elizabeth Line to the Old City and to The West End.

The mattress on the bed was okay and after a couple of nights I got used to it, but it was quite thin (not much depth) compared to a mattress you would sleep on, on your own bed, and was also a little warped in the middle. The mattress being thicker and firmer is the only thing I spotted that could be improved, in what is a very good hotel.

The room was clean and had all the basic amenities you might need for a short stay in London. The staff was friendly and the hotel is located in a safe area, near a big train, bus and metro station and shopping center. Plenty of places to eat and drink around too.

The room was a bit small, we only had one suitcase and a couple of backpacks so it was ok, but if we had another carry-on suitcase, I’m not sure where it would fit. The room doesn't have any air conditioning and was quite warm even during a rainy weekend in April. It also faced the road, so leaving the windows open at night brought in a lot of noise from the street below.

Situation. Close to good transfer links and to olympic park. Friendly staff. Clean.

Some things in the room were broken. E.g. the fan didnt work. Very difficult to close the windows completely to drown out the noise from the main road. (It may be a common window type, but I'd never come across one like that before) 2nd night was much quiter after some googling to work out how to secure window further. The fan wasn't an issue (although maybe in the summer that may be an issue for someone). Maybe some instructions on closing the windows ref the different levels of closure would be useful. As i say we were able to close them fully and block most of the sound out on our second night. But on our first night the noise that they let in was awful even though they seemed to be completely closed.

Very close to Stratford Station - few minutes walk. Not the best room I've been to, but enough to just spend a few nights there and be close to the station from where you can get to anywhere in London. Kettle, tea, coffee in the room. Nice breakfast offer (paid extra) in the hotel restaurant. Really nice, helpful staff. Pizza place just opposite the hotel entrance :) You can get some snacks, drinks or wine in the lobby to take to your room.

There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Was down for dental work, so no breakfasts were taken. The location was fine, parking like all of London a nightmare. But this hotel was a lot closer than the ones recommended by the Dentist. And a lot cheaper. Free parking is available after 1830 until 0800 in the surrounding streets, Morrisons supermarket directly behind The Epsilon offers free parking for one hour only at any time. The receptionists were lovely, and helpful, Whilst the nighttime lady who operated the bar was brilliant. Lovely girl and so helpful. Bar prices are excellent for London.

Overall. Nothing, A small niggle, the bar stools could have been bigger. but that's me. Draughty at the bar with the automatic doors continually opening and closing. But with a jacket on and a plentiful stock of drinks [sadly only bottles and cans, no draught] All at a very reasonable price, I managed without problems.

We stayed in a standard double room, me(20) partner(21). I reccomend this hotel for couples travelling to London and are worried about the bad reviews on here, i can assure you the room was so cozy, we had a hairdryer, fans, a heater a smart TV, coffee and tea station, a dressing table with mirrror and lights, more mirrors and lights around the room. There was places for storage and shelves. the bathroom was spacious, the shower was great and everything was clean. its a good area to stay, 10minute walk from Stratford station through the centre and alot of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Small corner shops down the road which was convinent if you needed anything. We stayed for 5 nights and the price was affordable. When we checked in, (which was a quick and easy process through email before hand) the receptionist gave us a 20% breakfast coupon which was lovely. the breakfast cafe is next to the hotel through a door. The staff were lovely, the housekeeping very respectful and smiles all around. We loved our stay here, and will definitely return for our next trips.

nothing at all.
