The location was really ideal. So close to the train station easy to find and the room was so clean and comfortable.

The staff on the reception both day and night seemed to be almost fed up. There was no interaction or effort with a conversation very blunt and almost rude I would say. It wasn't very welcoming at all.

The apartment was clean with good size. The location was near the Westfield shopping mall. The metro station was 15mins walk from the hotel.

No daily service, but you have to pay GBP15 extra per day for the housekeeping. The bed was not very comfortable. You will need to budget 30-45mins by metro from the hotel to Central London.

The location was perfect, the facility was clean and quiet.The breakfast was also excellent, I would recommend to always include breakfast, you won't regret it.

The only thing that didn't work for us was the dishwasher but other than that everything was great.

Clean, modern and spacious - good value for money

Only 2 Nespresso pods were provided for day1 - had to pay £6 for 2 more on day 2 - surely for 2 people & a 2 night stay you expect coffee for both days - money is saved as they didn’t clean the room whilst we were there or give us fresh towels so I think it would be good customer service to provide coffee for both days

The place is great with DLR and Elizabeth Line so near, we can get to city centre in around 35mins. It is great that it is near westfield so we can grab some light snacks and treats before heading back. The place might seems small in picture but it was enough for 3 adult and 1 child to stay comfortable with 4 huge luggages. the sofa bed is quite comfortable to sleep in. Checking in was great and the sofa bed was already ready when we enter. They prepare a lot of toilet rolls for a week of stays and there is a heater on the shower room to dry clothes in a few hours.

Great location ideal for public transport, well connected to the Underground (20 minutes to central London) and accessible from all London airports. Plus an enormous mall just down the street where you have all the shopping you could want. Room was spacious, clean and fairly well-appointed. Bed was very comfortable. The safe for valuables worked well. Air-conditioning could be adjusted for comfort and (huge plus) you could open the window for ventilation. I liked not being disturbed by maid wanting to clean the room.

Kitchen had a microwave with grill but no oven which limited what could be cooked. Cutlery and glasses we had to wash before using as they were greasy. Cooking utensils consisted of a whisk and a ladle so we had to buy our own spatula and fish slice etc. Dinner plates were too large to fit into the compact dishwasher and had to be washed by hand in the tiny sink. We had to ask for the shower drain to be fixed because of a sewer smell. The smoke alarm battery needed changing to stop it cheeping. Manager did all this cheerfully. After 3 days I wanted clean towels and got them despite bad attitude from one staff member. None of this spoiled our enjoyment and we would stay again any time.

Perfect Location. The hotel is a 5 min walk to Stratford international station where you can take an underground or overground train to any part of London and out of London. Usually it takes 2 lines (2-5 stops for each ) to change for reaching all major sightseeing places. Quite safe enough surroundings and area. Perfect accommodation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking ( Lidl and Sainsburry stores are nearby where you can buy eggs, sausages, bread, ham, spaghetti, etc . For cooking and self catering) . Perfect soundproof. Very good and comfy beds , very clean rooms. Excellent stay for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Highly recommended.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

This was my second time staying here and I'm sure I'll be back. Check-in: Checking in was easy and the service was excellent. There's cold water and pastries available at reception and a place to work and wait until check-in time. Room: The room is a comfortable size and the kitchenette is perfect for cooking light meals with a stove, a microwave, a medium size fridge and a slimline dishwasher. A couple of coffee pods for the Nespresso machine are provided, too. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Our room also had a lovely view towards the Olympic Park. Location: The surrounding area is quiet and perhaps not the best for a "typical" London experience. However, the proximity to the Stratford and Stratford International stations is unbeatable for quickly getting around London and to St Pancras Station. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as smaller supermarkets including a Waitrose in the Westfield Stratford City shopping centre. On nice days, the nearby parks are pleasant for a walk or a run.

No complaints.

The location is ideal. A convenience store is 2 minutes away. The Westfield Mall is a 5 min. walk. There's groceries, clothing, great restaurants, you name it just 5 minutes walk. The Stratford Tube and above ground stations are a 10 minute walk. When we asked for extra towels and sheets, they promptly obliged. When we had trouble with the grill and microwave (not used to UK standards), they came up to our room to help out. The staff are incredibly friendly, flexible, thoughtful, and go out of their way to help. The rooms are spotless clean, the bathroom impeccable, the kitchen facilities excellent. They even have umbrellas for guest to use! This was probably the best hotel experience my wife and I have had in the past 10 years. Btw, there are lovely parks 10 minutes walk away, and Stratford is a lively part of London. You will not regret booking and staying here. When I return to London, this is the only place I'll consider!

I can't think of any feature which was not to my liking!

The room was a good size with a big bed. Fully equipped kitchenette with everything you'd need. Only a short walk from Westfield Stratford. Soundproofing did its job.

We received 2 complimentary Nespresso pods for our first morning but when I asked for 2 more for our second morning I was told I'd have to pay for them. Shame. Paying nearly £150 a night you'd think 2 Nespresso pods could be included. Could have done with more than one pillow each. No spare ones in the room. That was a first. We couldn't shut or lock our bathroom door because the door frame had no door fittings fitted. Very odd. Are all the rooms like that?
