Thank you SO much for a fantastic stay!! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Watermark. From check in to check out, the hosts were wonderful! Our room had everything we needed, a comfortable bed and the view was simply stunning! A special thank you to Lily, you’re a gem!! ❤️ This was our very first time in Looe and what a picturesque coastal town!! The Watermark was well located for where we wanted to visit. We even explored the nearby town of Polperro and the view from the cliff was amazing!! We will definitely be back for a return visit!!!🤩

I just want to mention that this was our first ever stay In Cornwall and Richard tasha and lily made us feel incredibly welcome, what a beautiful family you are with an equally beautiful hotel, it was spotless, the room was perfect, the breakfast and hosting by lily was faultless. Nothing was to much trouble for this beautiful family. From tasha helping with our bags, Richard giving us advice on day trips, and lily always topping up my tea tray.. Thankyou for making our 4 day stay so special xx We will 100% be back next year.. And you will also be having a 5 star review on trust pilot.. Kind regards Chris, Jane and callum.

Nothing, the entire holiday was perfect

Ours was a cosy room (The Tamar) and had amazing views. The bed was very comfortable, and there is a good sized step-in shower. The room was very clean and attractively decorated, as is the breakfast room (that also has an honesty bar). We had delicious breakfasts (there is lots of choice) and again we were able to take in the beautiful views and also enjoy the super background music! We really appreciated the charming and considerate hospitality from our hosts Natascha and Lily, who were always ready to help if required, and created a friendly easy-going atmosphere, all making for a really lovely stay.

Not that we didn't like it, this is more a point of information - if you have mobility issues the stairs at the property are a little steep. I would say too that this is described as a triple room, but my partner and I did find that it was a little cramped, all personal preference of course, but worth a thought.

Hi, really lovely hotel, The location was great, the view's was stunning, just like the program showed, the room was a little smaller than expected, I knew there was no lift but the stairs are very steep. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious 😋 Lilly their daughter who served us was really sweet, especially on our anniversary laid lots of satin hearts when we came down for breakfast, thank you.

Hi, it's a very hilly area there and the parking was around the back of the hotel with very narrow streets, not much wiggle room. seagulls on your balcony all the time very noisy.

This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at! The room was really nice and cozy and the location was great. The host was so friendly serving us breakfast every day with a lovely sea view. They cleaned our room every day and even replaced snacks and tea in our room! It was such a wholesome place to stay and I will definitely be visiting again :)

There was nothing we didn't like but parking was sometimes difficult as there were no dedicated spaces. We managed to find a spot everyday but they were small spaces.

Excellent boutique hotel a short walk from the centre of Looe, but far enough away to avoid any crowds. Comfortable balcony with stunning views, especially the sunrise in the morning and watching the working boats going out fishing. The breakfasts were good with plenty of options again looking out over Looe and the river. Good location for walking to Polperro and beyond

Nothing that can be changed but the parking is tight - not too surprising for a location on the cliff. The stairs inside are steep

The place is absolutely amazing! It was tailored to my heart and what I needed in that moment of life. It met and exceeded my expectations! I loved every minute spent in there. The breakfast was exquisite. It takes so much dedication and passion in order for someone to deliver such quality in everything! I wish the owners all the best and every success in the future. Thank you both!

The Watermark hotel is an absolute gem! The location is superb, with the best views in Looe. The rooms are spotless and so well designed. The breakfast choices were amazing and use local produce. The dinners were some of the best food we had during our week long stay. For anyone looking to escape from the city and enjoy fresh air, good food and walking right at your doorstep then this is the place for you! The owners, Natascha and Richard, are just the loveliest couple, who are quick to answer questions and incredibly accommodating. The Watermark is one of those hotels you keep coming back to year after year!

The service was excellent and friendly, the breakfasts were beautiful and locally sourced ingredients, the owners were always attentive and welcoming. The room was spacious and well kept, with amazing views over the cove. The facilities were well thought out and the beds and pillows were really comfortable and top quality Parking wasn't a problem right outside the accommodation and it was local to town without all the thorough fare of the town traffic. We will definitely be booking again.

Maybe the steps down to the floor level, other people are probably ok, but my mobility is dodgy...the hand rail was sufficient but I struggled with big steps.

The location of the property is what drew me to booking the place. When we arrived, using very clear directions from Natasha and Richard to find the right place to park the car, we made our way to the dining area and met Natasha. She gave information about booking breakfast and dinner, and how the bar works, before taking us to our room, Tamara. The view was as described, it looked straight out onto the beach and sea. There was a large bed, with a wardrobe and drawers, plus a sofa, a table with tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and a kettle, which was a below a TV. There was a large picture window which looked out to the beach, alongside patio doors that led onto a balcony which had a table and chairs. The view from here was of Looe and the other way to the sea, with nothing getting in the way.. The bathroom had a shower, basin and toilet. The shower was good and the shower gel and soap was good. The first set of towels were not as good as the second set we had, but that really was the only negative comment about this wonderful find. The Watermark offers breakfast, which is pre ordered by 8pm the night before, with a selection off times to be served the following day. There is a request that you may be asked to come 15 minutes earlier or later than requested, and of the 3 mornings we were there we were asked only asked the first morning to come 15 minutes earlier. Breakfast was lovely, we had tea and coffee, juices, cereal, and over the course of the breakfasts we had scrambled egg on toast, eggs benedict, a variety of items for a cooked breakfast and my favourite French Toast with fruit and maple syrup. And the dining room is with a view, a great way to start the day. We did not dine there in the evening, but we saw people dining as we went out and it looked good food. The bar is done on an honesty basis. You pour your own drinks and you write down what you have and at the end of your stay you pay your bill, there is a lot of choice regarding drinks.

There was little we didn't like about The Watermark, one set of thinner towels being it. There are a lot of steps/stairs, some steep, so you need to be mobile to stay here, but it didn't mean we didn't like the place but does make it somewhere that would not be suitable for everyone.
